The location was good

They had Roaches on the balcony,elevator, and pool area.... notified them of the problem several times and never followed through with coming to spray.... you couldn't even sit on the balcony bc of the roaches.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was beautiful, spacious, and the jacuzzi made our trip even better. Definitely want to stay here again

I loved the cleanliness, the decor, spaciousness, and ocean view of the condo as well as the convenience of the room being directly across from the elevator. We did not have a long elevator wait and the condo was close to all of the museums, out door adventures, and other restaurants that we visited during our stay. The condo was as beautiful in person as it was in all the pictures!

The actual building shares the same entrance as the other buildings, so a description of the building in directions to separate it from the others would have been nice. However, once we called the the Booking agent, she spoke to Real Joy and they were able to quickly direct us to the correct building with no problem. Also, it would have been nice if the condo had a pen and pad available. We had to make a few calls during our stay and needed to jot down a few notes from the calls and there was no pen and pad available to do so. Other than what was mentioned, there was not too much to complain about.
