Check-in was fine. But be careful - there were no staff on duty at the hotel and check-in was done via an automated console outside the door, which then issues the key-card.

The corridors of the hotel smelled of toilets. The room smelled strongly of disinfectant and stale tobacco. The bathroom door did not close proeprly. There were no staff to complain to. I left after spending just enough time to book another hotel online, ie. about 40'. I have requested a full refund via booking.com and this has been refused, apparently by the hotel.

Check-in was good. We booked late and arrived late, and the desk attendant was very patient since we got slightly lost getting there. He was also very polite and helpful. The room was warm and the beds were very comfortable. The price was excellent for us. Everything was just right for a motel-style hotel for a brief overnight stay while driving through France.

There were no negatives.

Chosen for a quick stop off to break the journey on the way back from a ski holiday to Calais. Very basic but clean and functional.

Not much around, but only a short drive into St Quentin.

However the receptionist carried out bags up to the room.

We asked in advance for a ground floor room as we are not mobile but although the receptionist tried hard one was not available.

Great near the motorway for onward travel. We were late due to ferry delays and the staff stayed up to let us in.

V.small bathroom and entrance needed a good scrub. Breakfast not very good - no eggs or bacon and the manager was miserable.

The location was very convenient and the staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable enough.

It was noisy all night. There was a couple having sex all night. I feared the walls would collapse in on us if I touched them.

Nothing to like, this hotel is the worse I've ever seen.

Rooms extremely small, bathroom toilet too close to the bathroom door so you're unable to sit on the toilet because you're hitting the bathroom door with your knees, tried to turn on the electric heating and it started to stink straight away, we had to leave the hotel immediately as the smell was terrible. It took 4 months to recover my money using Mastercard chargeback, as the hotel refused to refund me. Booking this hotel was the worse experience of my life.

there was no hot water. Its December and -5 deg, we expected a hot shower as minimum. the breakfast was minimal. There was no milk and the coffee machine did not work.

Easy access and dog friendly

Very small room with minute wet room. OK for a quick stop over.

Nice and clean, decent breakfast and friendly staff. Coffee was available when I arrived fairly late. Restaurant next door for the hungry which I didn't use as I'd eaten on the way. Near the motorway for a stop over, good shopping facilities near by.

Bed a little hard for my liking, room a little cold as the radiator didn't seem big enough for the room but I slept fine.

Room was very cramped, reception and room felt “institutional”, no plug in sink, corridor outside very noisy until about 11pm

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was very cold. The room needs a good deep clean from spider webs on the top.
