Location was great, the condo was comfortable and had a nice pool.

The condo wasn’t cleaned to my standard, especially in the bathroom. I would have liked a towel and soup service half way through our stay. Beach towels would also have been a nice service. Staying at the condo having some condiments left for use, like salt and pepper, ketchup and mustard, those things would have made the stay perfect.

There was no breakfast

We had wi fi problems and had to require help half of the time we were there. There was construction going on the entire time we were there. The carpet was so dirty that I felt like I needed to get it shampooed. We saw 2 dead cockroaches, one next to the tub and one inside the front door our last day. I didn't like when we asked if we could have late stay and no one answered and then they emailed with a form letter.

There were these miniature Ants in the kitchen sink. And no AC 🥵

Unit needed upgraded painting and curtains replaced- rotting on hooks. General housekeeping good and well maintained. Instructions to reach unit poor. No one to help when we arrived on darkness. Building numbers impossible to read.

there is one light on the hall way not working , sofa bed is broken and almost had an accident , bed tub is dirty , can’t use the blanket bcoz is new should wash first . combination lock is broken too and we have to wait for long time

The location was good but overpriced for the property condition. But every location is good since it is a resort island so you can’t factor that into the price.

Basically old and dirty, but over $200 a night after the $230 cleaning fee, but where is the cleaning 💁‍♂️Ant problem in the bathroom. Do we get reimbursed for that cleaning fee?

What breakfast?

The utensils to bbq were dirty with bbq sauce on them. Not happy!
