Comfortable and cozy home with great amenities. Hot tub and fire pit never worked while we were there, but everything else was lovely.

The house is in a good location and it’s easy to get to just about anywhere. We didn’t even notice in the listing that there was no air conditioning in the house 😳. We live in Texas so we are very accustomed to AC! There were several small cylinder style fans but no ceiling fans in bedrooms as indicated in listing. I contacted the property manager and they were very helpful. They immediately brought over a portable AC for us to use…. It didn’t work very well but at least they were trying to help. The temps got cooler at night so we were able to open windows and sleep comfortably. Ceiling fans would be a great addition to this house. The house has just about everything you need. The carpets are stained from previous guests with pets but other than that, was pretty clean. There is a hot tub in the backyard but due some reason we were told there was not one. Still not sure why that is…. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Spacious, very clean, and in a prime location. The only downfall was the hot tub was not working.

This was the perfect place for my family (parents, siblings, partners and 2 dogs) to explore wine country and lake sonoma for the long weekend!

Kitchen and dining room were lovely and decently supplied, very basic and limited but adequate. Carpets throughout were shabby and clearly stained, in desperate need of attention. One living room chair broke, looking at it, it was clear it has previously broken and repair was attempted. Master bed was comfortable, shower had two shower liners, one torn and knotted to attach to curtain hook. Hot tub was nice. Bedroom furnishings very sparse, dresser or desk/tabletop would be nice, nowhere to set anything. One luggage rack for all bedrooms. Nice neighborhood, very close to park with lovely trails. Avant- was hit or miss with communication - took a couple of tries to get answers to basic questions (is shampoo and soap provided or do we need to supply our own?). They clearly weren’t familiar, told us that basic kit (travel size) was included and then we would need to provide our own. No problem, that’s why we asked. Once on site, bathrooms were equipped with large size products hanging on shower wall, like at hotels. A number of misses in terms of basic conveniences for guests ( 1 luggage rack for 4 bedrooms, no towel hooks, hand soap dispenser way too big for pedestal sink). Disappointing…lots of opportunities to help guests be more comfortable.

We enjoyed the house and it was just a 15 minute drive to wine tasting.

We were so impressed with everything that was in the home. Everything that anyone would need was there for us to use. The Master bedroom has the best bed, so comfortable. We loved the kitchen area so open and everyone could join in the fun.

We were in love with this property upon arrival. We needed maintenance for a very small issue and it was resolved in less than an hour! No big deal and did not disrupt us at all. Will definitely be back.
