Fue accesible, la atención del personal fue muy bueno, bastante atentos.
Faltó papel higiénico en el baño de la habitación 6, plancha en la habitación 5 y que no hay estacionamiento ☹️

Hôtel très bien situé et confortable. Le petit déjuner est inclus et copieux mais n'est pas servi dans l'hôtel (5-10 min à pied). Le personnel est très accueillant.
Au cours de notre séjour nous avons eu des soucis avec le wifi qui nous a contraint à nous connecter dans le hall de l'hôtel (impossible de se connecter en chambre), l'eau chaude était très intermittente et les chambres très / trop fraîche lors de notre arrivée (mise à disposition d'un chauffage d'appoint). Enfin les chambres donnent vers l'intérieur del'hôtel (pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur)

Rooms and bedding were great.
The way the hotel is built it has a big open center to it that all the sound reverberates from so when people come in and out or are talking the sound carries.

The guest services were excellent, the staff was verh helpful and welcoming. Location wise the hotel was nicely located with a 10min walk to the city center and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable, clean and equipped. Good value for what you pay!
Even though the room was great and big, our room faced the street and was incredibly noisy and because the hotel was full we werent able to change rooms. All the rooms are very very cold (there are space heaters in the rooms, but didnt heat that well). The restaurant is not in the hotel, you have to walk 10-15min to it and there are no fridges or anything to hold in case you bring snacks.

do to being in the room directly in line with the front door, we got the cold draft but they provided a heater in the room and that helped.

The hotel is new and designed beautifully. There is also a great terrace upstairs.
Great shower, big with a good stream.
The staff doesn't know english but really tried to help. You get their whatsapp for any question or problem.
We received the room pretty early when we arrived!

Such a great hotel! We came for an honeymoon and was concerned about the level of the hotels here. At the second we saw the rooms in Nah hotel we decided this is our place. Yonatan the receptionist is so calm, welcoming and patient - help us with attractions and getting around. The hotel is super clean, cozy with a great location. The price is also very fair.
Bonus - hard mattresses.

Na hotel was great, My wife and I stayed there and they treated us perfectly.
The staff are so nice and helpful.
We moved to a better room and the lady who cleans the room organized our stuff and brought to our attention items we left in the old room.
Everything was clean, smelled good and felt very great general.
The food from the restaurant which the hotel works with was also very good.
The owner of the hotel sometimes comes and he always smiling and he is very nice.
Overall we recommend it a lot!

Our stay here was perfect! The staff were wonderful, incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to fulfil our needs. Additionally, the staff have great connections to local tour companies and arranged very affordable and enjoyable tours for us to see famous sites in Chiapas. The property itself is in an ideal location in the heart of the city. The room was beautiful, very clean and had fresh and cosy decor. The room has all the amenities we wanted including a coffee machine, hairdryer, tv and aircon/heater (although we didn’t need it). It has a beautiful terrace with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast was offsite but was a short walk away and we enjoyed the walk in the morning and the breakfast itself was delicious.

Lovely roof terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. The interior and furniture are all fresh.
They need an AC in the rooms on the first floor or they could improve ventilation in the lobby/staircase as it gets very hot during day and in the evening (no problem if you don’t stay at the hotel during the day). Note that the windows in most rooms are facing the lobby The rooms on the ground floor are much cooler.

it’s a beautiful hotel, rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. location is excellent
can get noisy, I could hear the people talking from the other rooms they were loud . I didn’t like that they didn’t have a coffee maker in the room or reception. I like to have a nice cup of coffee when I wake up. breakfast was about 5 minutes away food was good .

They did bot honor our confirmed reservation and left us in the streets to find a new accommodation during a holiday and having to pay more for the last minute. Bad management. Will never return or recommend.

The location was perfect and we had a very warm welcome. The interior design was superb and it felt good to arrive there. The breakfast was off site in a cafe but we ended up really enjoying the walk and the breakfast cafe. It was great. All in all a really lovely experience at the Na Hotel!
It's cold in San Cristobel so you may need to ask for a heater.
