It was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and it was in a great location!

The front desk women was kind of rude. She was always pretty slow, there was always a line for her desk.

I checked out on Sunday 06/25/23. But till 05/29/23 I haven’t received my deposit back $50🤷‍♂️. Last time I stayed at super 8, they didn’t charge the deposit, just keep my credit card on the record then they cleared it when I chechek out.

Good location on Gulf Breeze. Excellent breakfast and staff was very helpful.

Parking was a bit of an issue on the premises but not that big of a deal, limited transportation options from the hotel to Pensacola Beach. (Not in range of Pensacola trolley)

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool area is very nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The location is just a short drive to Pensacola beach. It’s also walking distance to a Walmart Market, and a few chain restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter has a special stuffed bear, a blanket , and pillow from home that she left on her bed when we left for the day. When we came back in the afternoon Brittany (our room cleaner) had folded her blanket and placed her pillow and bear at the head of the bed in a cute pose. I know that doesn’t seem like a big thing, but my daughter thought it was the coolest thing ever. She even left her a note at the end of the stay thanking her. We are very pleased with everything about our stay and will definitely book here again.

We loved the breakfast! The location to everything “Pensacola” was great. The staff was extremely friendly but not in a “we have to be” way. Any need we had was immediately met with a smile. This is the place we will be staying on our trip to Pensacola!!

I’m nitpicking here so take this with a grain of salt. The bathtub is quite small. I wish the property had a hot tub for the adults to lounge in while the kids swim. Honestly,other than that, I personally can’t think of anything else.

I didn’t lady at front was rude and had told me I had no place to stay my room was canceled and I asked how she said I don’t know but your not staying here.

I had confirmation and room was paid for drive 4 hrs to be told I had no room it had been cancelled without a call or email stating this. was charged and had to call back to have dispute.

Brand new hotel, so the room was comfortable and clean

The tub squeaked horribly - I was sure it was going to fall any minute. The walls were very thin, and you could hear guests in adjoining rooms and in the hallway. There was no listing for available channels, but you got one if you asked at the front desk... but, half the channels listed were not available. No guide for what programs were on the channels you did get. I think maybe 3 or 4 channels worked. This hotel is located next to Walmart - immediately next to Walmart. So our view was Walmart's parking lot.
