Stayed for 3 days never saw any maid service. No towels replaced, no coffee refills. Mentioned it at checkout and was told it was "housekeeping" not maid service. Guess I'm old and not politically correct.

I liked the private beach area

Staff friendly and accommodating. Dog friendly and magnificent view of sunset over the bay. Need to take dog into pool area for safety, but not into pool water itself. Thanks for my vacation spot. Ann from GA. Older hotel, but updated well and very clean. Need more seafood in restaurant.

Nice clean and fresh smelling rooms upon arrival. No housekeeping while we were there. Didn’t expect much but maybe a sweep out of the floor would’ve been nice. Only bc we were on the beach and sand sticks to you every where. Super glad I took my box fan or the AC unit probably wouldn’t have kept up (simply bc of the heat and every room being booked). Kind/ professional staff . Great atmosphere. Beautiful views and restaurant. Good selection for complementary breakfast!

I did not like that I chose to pay at site and when I got there the first night was already charged to the card I booked with. That was not the card I wanted to use. The bathroom was extremely small. The bed has a huge dip in it. I’m not sure if the linen was clean/changed prior to our arrival. The couch is old, itchy and cloth. There is not an ironing board in the room. The curtains are dirty. The refrigerator is almost in the bathroom.

The photos are not even close to what the property looks like. Completely deceiving. Very worn down, out dated, dirty, wires everywhere and unsafe. I checked it amd checked out with in minute. Thw property did refund my money.

The staff was rude. The room was dirty. It was just a nasty place. People were sitting outside their room doors smoking. It was gross.

Rooms are dirty and and not as they look on the photos displayed. Our AC was broken, floor was coming up, and water stains on the ceiling. We wanted a refund but was denied. They wanted to give us an "upgrade" but we could clearly see the hotel was not maintained and with a child who is allergic to mold, we were unable to stay. They denied our request for a refund. Very sad.

For an older property,it was kept up well. Loved the landscaping.

The room had chipped paint on the ceiling .. the bathroom needs help with tightening things .. the bed as not comfortable and the staff are rude … watch out they make you do a deposit of 100 and you have to pay for your card keys.. it would be a great hotel if the owners would update the rooms better and get staff that have customer service.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful. They have good parking and it was relatively close to our activities.

It was good except the chairs on the beach are VERY VERY limited and VERY uncomfortable pool needs to be cleaned honestly a bit ran down but very low key

Everything was great. The people at the Hotel and everything else. I highly recommend this Hotel. Super clean.

Quiet, restaurant on property, and convenient to beach.

Hotel needs some major updates. Hotel staff is friendly. Pool needs updating. Beach is not that great. We went down the road to and actual beach. Pictures are from when hotel was built prolly in the 1980’s.

There was only one good thing in the room and that was the tall standard toilet which looked brand new. The tub had been painted and was chipped and the light on our table had the electrical wires hanging out. Very unsafe. Room smelled moldy and floors were not swept. Bed was okay. The breakfast was horrible beside the floors being filthy dirty and the attendant very dirty looking herself. The gravy was watery and their were no eggs and gravy was cold. The muffins were hard and uncooked. There was no coffee or water and the coffee pot was putting out cold coffee. The waffle mix look like I was pouring water out for the waffles. They send all those out to save money but it is ridiculous. The whole place needs to be closed down. The concrete around the pool is broken and lifted 6 in and my son fell on that, the pool sides were so rough it's snagged our clothes and our feet and the plaster was rough. The pool was open till 10:00 p.m. which was dark outside and there was not a light in the pool which would be a safety hazard due to you can't see your children swimming. The only good thing this place had was a brand new full size tall toilet and a beach although that wasn't very clean either. The employees look like they hated being there and had attitudes when you ask them questions. It could be a really nice place if someone put some work in to cleaning it up, repainting, repairing. It looks like they put lipstick on a pig right now and that don't work

This was our second year coming there. This time we upgraded and got the “suite” so we could have a view of the bay. Definitely not worth the price. Yes the view was outstanding but the standard room was cleaner and seemed to be a little more updated. The suite, the floors weren’t very clean, the outside light did not work, the tub had a super slow drain and the microwave was very dirty. The girls that work the front desk are super sweet and the breakfast in the restaurant connected was good. Lots of options. I don’t blame the staff for the rooms. The owner needs to update the place especially for the rates they are charging. Yes, while it is one of the cheapest ON the beach I feel like it could look a whole lot better! We will come back though! Just won’t get another “suite”

Loved the bay view, private beach. The first shift receptionist was diligent but lacked any kind of manners. 6/10 overall

I opted to pay at the property. I used a card that was a pre-pay to make the reservation fully intending to pay with a credit card upon arrival. The day manager ran the debit card and since there weren't enough funds on it , this is before check-in time, they cancelled my reservation and did not attempt to notify me. The evening desk manager was gracious to call the owners and have the rate reinstated, but it was unexpected that they cancelled the reservation, which was made through Expedia, without contacting me

We did a quick 2 night stay but was very please with the motel, we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the beach very close. Friendly staff and a pretty darn decent restaurant. Our room was old and in bad condition though.

There were mutliple homeless people hanging out around the stair wells. House keeping only came on tuesdays and fridays. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. Breakfast options were incredibly limited. No dietary restriction options were offered (gluten or dairy free). Coffee was never brewed, it came from a concentrate and through a vending machine. The beach on the property was the saving grace for this facility. The bay ensured there weren't any waves but plenty of local wildlife. Beatiful peopwrty in this respect.
