We (family of 8) stayed for one night. The house was clean spacious and comfortable. The porch overlooking the lake was great for just sitting outdoors, had table with 8 chairs for outdoor dining. Basement was bright and comfortable with TV Foosball and ping pong to keep people busy. We brought our own paddleboards (although there were boats to use) and spent time on the lake which had very clear water and you can see lots of fish, however there are many small fresh water jelly fish in the lake. We did wish that we had been able to to stay for longer, maybe another time!

Perfect home for a family vacation, enjoyed by all ages! We loved all the attention to detail and fun amenities throughout the house. The game room was a big hit with everyone, as well as the hot tub and of course, the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed walks and the local pickleball courts as well. Evenings were spent hanging out under the stars around the large table on the porch. Lots of beautiful family memories were created here - attentive and communicative hosts - highly recommend!

Excellent location and property for a fun family lake vacation! Kids ages 3-10 had a blast with canoe, kayaks, paddle boats, swimming beach next door, ping pong table, and foosball table. Home was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen accessories and bathroom items. Had a great time hiking at nearby Bushkill Falls and the Pocono Environmental Education Center. Hosts (Jose and Jennifer) were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you for a great lake side vacation! Would definitely recommend this property.

Our group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids) had an amazing time at Jose and Jennifer's! Highlights: Swimming and boating in the lake, sitting by the fire pit and roasting s'mores, and eating dinner on the deck. The game room was a huge hit, and the kids loved the private hot tub and community pool. There was so much to do -- wish we could have stayed longer! The house was lovely, comfortable and clean, with more than enough space for everyone. Thank you for a great (if too short) getaway!

Jenifer & Joe was quick responding and friendly host. My group was very enjoying their kayak and boating around the lake. It’s a great place to stay and I’ll recommend it.

To keep things quick-- The check-in was a breeze. The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. The access to the private beachfront/lake and firepit absolutely spoiled us. It's gonna be hard to stay anywhere else. The layout of the house is fantastic for a large group to enjoy. All said, 12 family members had a weekend that we'll look back on for the rest of our lives, which is priceless for us.

Communication with Jose was quick and easy. So responsive! Instructions are clear and the digital guest guide is really helpful.
The house is as nice as presented in photos, and super well-stocked - extra of everything! Comfortable seating areas, fun game/play area, hot tub was great. Dock and canoe/kayak/pedal boat are great. Sandy beach is right next door (remember your tags). There’s also a grassy path with a cute little bridge around part of the lake. The lake itself is really pretty and chill but def overfished (talked to a local of 50 years who confirmed that.. caught lots of sunnies, though!). Pool at Rec center was really big and had a lot of seating. Rest of rec center was a little disappointing (tags don't get you in to the fitness room - needed to call public safety) and the fishing pond is not that - sadly there were no fishing signs. But the rest of the rec center was great and only a six minute drive from the house.
Our whole family had a great time - even when it rained! Sad to leave this beautiful spot. I highly recommend this place/this host.

Big thank you to Jose! We had a lovely stay at Olibear. The communication from our hosts was timely and helpful with tips for the house and the area. Everything was simple and we had all we needed at the house for a lovely time away with kids. Even with the rain we enjoyed ourselves.

Jose’s property is really beautiful! When we first arrived we noticed the main AC leaking alot of water on the steps, I contacted Jose and he took action right away sending his handyman over and he took care of it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed using the community pool. We also enjoyed using the kayaks/canoes that Jose provided.

The property is in a great location for families, close to the beach and the playground. We spent a lot of time on the water. Boats could have been cleaned and we had some issue with the hot tub. However, Jose and his crew were extremely diligent in coming out, which was very kind. The home is lovely with obvious renovations, there are some areas of the home that need finished. Overall it’s a lovely place with very kind and responsive hosts. The deck is great for watching wildlife. Would recommend!

The house was great, lots to do and very comfortable. The downstairs room was a lot of fun and so was going out on the lake. The house could use doormats to keep the floors clean. Also, just wanted to mention that the walk down to the lake is a little steep but there was a rope to hold onto which was nice. Overall, my family and I had a lot of fun with all the amenities at the house and being on the lake.

Our family of 9 absolutely loved staying at Jennifer and Jose’s house! The house is exactly as in pictures. The lake view from the living room and dining room is priceless. Check-in and check-out were without any stress, and when i had a few questions, Jennifer and Jose responded immediately. We used their guide for places to see and visited the Dingmans Falls (highly recommend). We absolutely would love to stay in this house again!

Property is great, everything you need and styled very nicely. The backyard is a blast, we were there in the winter/snow and kids could sled or walk next door to the communal playground. Jose was super responsive and easy to work with. It’s the perfect size for two small families.

This place is AMAZING! Beautiful scenery, great accommodations with gorgeous decorations. The house was very clean and the amenities plentiful. Jennifer and Jose are SUPER HOSTS; very responsive and caring. I will definitely be staying at their properties again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jennifer & Jose's Lakefront Getaway! The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. The view was excellent! We saw a bunch of deer while we were there as well. Jennifer and Jose were very responsive to our needs and got back to us right away with any requests. I would definitely recommend their lakefront getaway!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Jose's lake house. The bed sheets and towels were clean and soft. The lake was super peaceful. Kayaking/canoeing on the lake and making s’mores by the bonfire were the highlights of our trip. Thank you for having us.

We had a wonderful fall weekend away at Bushkill! It was a beautiful home on a beautiful property right along the lake. I would love to go back there again one day

Met with the grandparents at the lake house in the woods during the fall season. Enjoyed the fire pit while the kids canoed and paddle-boated. Sipped hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows. The guys flew their drones over the lake and got stunning photos of the fall foliage! The house supplied everything we needed to make home cooked meals. The mama deer and her babies visited us every night at the same time. The kids waited patiently for their arrival!
Cozy indoor fireplace available. The ping pong table in the basement was the highlight, as we traversed down the stairs 2 at a time for a friendly competition…..which grandmom holds the title for once again:-)

We just had a great weekend getaway to the poconos. Owner was very helpful and communicative. House was clean! Our family went fishing, kayaking, had a fire pit and played tons of games. It was terrific to be able to unwind and disconnect.

We booked this trip as a group who wanted to get one more thing in before summer ended.
We absolutely loved the lake and spent most of the day in the kayaks and canoes.
The home and outside deck were spacious giving plenty of room for everyone to hangout.
Jose and Jennifer were very responsive as well if we had any issues

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home in Bushkill! The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating! I had a few questions and they responded back to me instantly. We enjoyed the app that was set up for us to download - it had all the information on the home including local activities and restaurants that we could explore. The smores station was such a special touch! The home is open with lots of space to store food or additional items.
Our kids are all under 5 years of age and there was so much for them to do, they did not want to leave! The lake beach is so close to the house and for a group with kids it was helpful to be able to run back and forth for naps/snacks/things that we forgot.
We took a trip to Bushkill Falls which was beautiful and very close. We made so many memories during our trip and we will absolutely be rebooking in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer & Jose’s. The house was easy to get into and was very clean! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed! We thought it was a nice touch to leave us the fixings for s’mores!
The community pool was great, clean & the staff that worked there were friendly & helpful! The pool was like a 5 minute car ride. The grandkids enjoyed fishing in the lake.
