I checked out was miles away in other town and found out he forgot to return my license..Had to Uber back because I couldn't rent a car because he had my id..100 Uber and he would not even stand good for it..Very inconvenienced and out money because of this idiot..Stay away!

the room next to ours had a guy calling for help saying someone was going to kill him. then 10 police came and this all happened at 5am safe to say we left and went to another hotel. no calls from staff or anything concerning

The location was perfect for my needs there's a Comptons Pancake restaurant nearby. Just off Interstate I-80 this location is ideal for a weekend trip or a business trip. With attractions in the Poconos and Stroudsburg have a great experience in the Poconos.

There's no 24 hour check in. So if you come after 11pm you're out of luck. So if you're running late better call ahead to avoid problems.

The location was ideal for the weekend I spent in Stroudsburg, right next to Interstate 80. If you ever visit the Stroudsburg Area I highly recommend this hotel. If you looking to do some skiing shopping or just a weekend getaway., I recommend that you book early.

There was no Morning Light breakfast offered or mentioned. I think a lot of it might have been covid related I'm not sure but it would have been nice to have some coffee and some light Refreshments even in the evening. Perhaps management will consider this in the future it would be nice.

Absolutely nothing. It was a disaster. -At over $100/night, it was a drastically overpriced, filthy, trashy room. (Even if it were a $50/night room, I would at least expect clean linens and towels.) We had been traveling all day. We were too tired, and it was too late at night to find another hotel. I have been in the military and I have spent time in 3rd world countries. I am, by no means, a finicky person nor am I the least bit germaphobic. But at this place, we slept fully clothed and above the covers.

-“Non-smoking” room had strong permeating stench of stale cigarette smoke. -Dirty bed linens not changed- (Multiple long black hairs on pillow cases) -Dirty towels and wash cloths not changed - (Hair, dirt, stains on every single piece) -Advertised free WI-FI not available- (Management would not respond to request for password) -Advertised free breakfast not available (in Oct 2022, long after COVID restrictions lifted) -No access to lobby- (closed and locked) -Room lamp not working- (dead outlet) -Phone and water cup tray dirty- (grime and stains) -Microwave dirty- (food residue splattered inside) -Furniture damaged- (large chunk of laminate missing from night stand)

location was important since it was a mid-point stop on New England trip.

Strange set-up for check-in but otherwise OK. Very old motel. Leaking toilet created water on floor of bathroom.

Clerk was very friendly. Room was more than adequate for the price point. It was a good stay.

I would have really appreciated a cup of coffee. I think this is usually pretty standard but still not complaining. Dunkin donuts is less than 5 minutes away.
