Took vacation with my kids and grandkids. The place had plenty of room for everyone and for the little ones to play. It has a beautiful view of the beach. I would recommend this place to stay.

We had an amazing time!!! This condo is in a very good location!!! It is on the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. It is also a very quiet location!!! Would definitely stay here again.

With only 10 floors and 2 elevators we did not waste a bunch of time waiting to get to and from the beach. Make sure you walk down to the Barefoot grill and see Dwayne at the bar. He was incredible, and the food/drinks were delicious.

The balcony doors do need to fixed. Pool was still cold. Lol. Cooking pans could use an update but we did ok. Garbage disposal was not working but nothing we couldn't handle. I've never had one so I guess you can't miss what you've never had lol. I guess what I'm trying to say is that even though it was a rental, it felt a lot like home. It has some quirks and flaws but it makes it seem more family friendly.

I have booked through VRBO for several years. This was the first year I rented through VRBO that an individual did not own the condo. It was owned by a company who rents through VRBO. This was the worst experience I’ve had booking through VRBO. The condo door would not close when you come in or go out of the door. You have to pay attention & close the door yourself. The condo was not cleaned very well! There were spider webs on the light fixtures, things left behind by previous guests including dentures, make up, sea shells with dead creatures in them that smelled really bad!!!!! It has not been deep cleaned in awhile!!!! The sink in the kitchen leaked where the garbage disposal is. They had a bucket under the sink to catch the water & if we had not realized it, it would’ve ran over & made a mess. It made the kitchen smell really bad too!!! The tv service is awful!!!!!! The channels are very limited. If you have a rainy day or like to watch tv while everyone is getting ready to go out you’re out of luck!!! Half of the light bulbs were blown. There was 1 out of 3 bulbs working in the bathroom vanity. We had to take a bulb out of the bedroom lamp to be able to see to brush our teeth, shave, etc. The cookware that is available is very old!! We usually cook breakfast. Everything we tried to cook stuck to it. The building itself & the location was great. If I stayed in this complex again it would not be in this condo!! If I rent from VRBO again it will be from an individual owner & not another company posting under VRBO. Booking & paying was not as convenient as with VRBO either. The first payment is made through VRBO but the second half has to be mailed to the company that owns the condo rather than through VRBO. I attempted to contact the company in order to make payment multiple times prior to it being due & they DO NOT answer their phones!!

Carpet was awful from precious uses, so bad, that i did not feel comfortable not wearing something to cover my feet when walking through the condo. (Slippers are a must bring item to your list of packing) Food was found in different spots from previous renters that the cleaning service missed while cleaning. There was loud music playing through the night and into early morning hours… had to sleep with bathroom vent fan running to sound the noise out as much as possible which still did not solve the issue completely. Master bedroom patio door, the glass was hard to see the beautiful view that you pay for (lock doesn’t work so you cannot open door). Master bedroom door lock is broken from previous renters- good luck with privacy if you chose to bring the family! Not much relaxation here… we are planning future vacations elsewhere that can and will provide a more restful/peaceful/clean environment.

Great place to stay. Only thing I seen that needs to be updated is the beds. King size bed in master bedroom was horrible. I felt like I was sleeping on a box spring with no mattress . Parking was a little confusing at first for the bikes and trailer and 2 vehicles but you only get 2 Parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo. I would stay again though.

Overall experience was good! Never booked through Vrbo before and the process was quite simple. The condo was beautiful, only downside was there were a few issues we ran into. Toilet paper holder off the master bedroom was broken and there is black mold on the baseboard in the master bedroom by the sliding door. Overall though great place and beautiful views of the Gulf and within walking distance to our favorite places.

My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was of course the best thing about where we stayed. It was extremely easy to access everything and it’s exactly how it’s listed. During our stay though there was a tornado watch and the elevator had a leak in it so water was trickling down through the ceilings, we shouldn’t have been in the elevator in the first place but yeah that was a little concerning. Other than that, we all had a great experience!

This condo exceeded my expectations from the moment we walked in the door! Amazing view, very quite and the workers were very helpful with anything we needed and were very friendly. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

My friends and I booked our stay in December. A few weeks after, they changed our location. The morning we came, March 7th, they changed our condo once again. So this wasn’t even the condo we got put to stay in. We arrived after being moved twice to Water Crest, and there have been bulldozers on the beach. They have being going 24/7 with construction noise. We were expecting a relaxing beach vacation, and this is not what we have received. We paid to have a beach front experience, and we have had to go to the public beaches everyday. No one told us this was the case when we were moved multiple times to this location. In addition to being moved and the construction, we have had several issues in the condo. We have not had hot water all week. I called and emailed multiple times and it was still cold. Maintenance came to fix it yesterday, and it was not fixed. We had to call again today to have it fixed. We have taken cold showers all week. The lights also have not been working as well in multiple rooms. We have also experienced mold in the condo, which is overall not what we expected. Images are attached. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with our stay. We feel as though we have over paid for what we have experienced.

It is a very pretty place except for carpets that look horrible. Not enough kitchen towels and bathroom face towels and wash rags.

Great views great location

Space was great, small building which we prefer. Small pool but was never crowded. Great access to the beach. Lots of small maintenance issues in the condo that need tended to (balcony door handle missing in MBdrm, living room door wouldn’t lock, curtain rods pulled from wall, etc). Cookware could be improved (ie skillets were all small). None of these issues hindered our experience! Too many remotes to function TVs; internet based TV was VERY difficult to function and extreme latency. Had a lot of rainy mornings this week and this was a pain!

We had a great visit - fix the curtains in the family room that are falling off the wall and the cable TV is WAY to difficult to manage! Otherwise - fabulous!

The property was as described and looked as good in person as in pictures. Check in was easy and the property manager answered some initial questions I had when we arrived. Only improvement we could recommend was the hot water seemed spotty but that didn’t take away from our experience and nothing that we needed to contact manager about. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed the condo, it was close to everything and no wait for elevators like in high rise complexes. The only issues that we had were the toilet in the master didn’t flush well and the door handle going onto the balcony from the master kept falling off. The pool is very small but not crowded so that helped.

The property is perfect for your family location! The smaller condo makes it less crowded, wait times on the elevator are shorter and the property manager is always around and helpful! The condo is every bit as described. The only suggestion I’d have is to update the cookware as the pans were a little used and hard to keep breakfast items likes eggs from sticking on! But that’s a small suggestion! If you’re looking for a multi-family vacation, this room is legit!

Very nice condo in a great location. No wait for an elevator and personal parking spot. Fast communication from Property Mgr if you have questions. I’ll be back!

We loved our stay. It was exactly as described. Very cozy for all of us and enjoyed every minute!
