I would definitely return to stay again. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well as the exercise room. The elevator was quick. We slept well and had a great time.

The condo was beautiful and very clean!! The balcony was HUGE and had an amazing view. We loved how easy check-in was and that we had an assigned parking spot for the week. We never had to wait for elevators like all other places we have stayed in the past during Spring Break. Parking was right around the corner when you get off the elevators. This made it nice for getting luggage/groceries up to the condo. Location was good. Walmart was within walking distance. The only issue we had all week was the code we were given for pool/beach access quit working half way through the week. Another guest gave us the code they were using and it worked the rest of our time. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time!!

This condo is great! Close to anything we wanted and needed. We travel to Panama City quite often and first time staying in this condo and we will most definitely stay again. This condo is great for the price. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Beach access is wonderful!

Nice condo

Tv remotes don't match TV's. King bed sheets do fit. We did have a wonderful week.

It was a nice condo but it didn’t take them long to throw us out. we didn’t get any of our money back and were forced to move out as soon as they came banging on our door.

Really enjoyed the stay besides not being ale to use a hole bathroom an not being able to use tv in living room an the hotel manager was very rude when we wasnt left the red arm bands in our room when we arrived

Very nice but shower curtain was moldy, pillows were old and stained. TV in first room on left doesn’t work. Their were 30 of us all together we had 3 4 bedroom condos and our 3 bedroom one it was so nice to all be in same place. We try to go as a family 30 to 50 of us we usually Cruise but this was a nice change when we were right there together. All and all we would go again. Thank you

Condo was clean and plenty of room,great location beautiful views,parking is very tight I drive a Chevy 2500 and couldn’t even get my truck in parking garage had to park in paid lot for the week and walk back and forth to condo and lot…recommend you to drive a small vehicle or mid size to be able to park in your assigned spot other than the parking every thing is great at this condo

I was a little concerned when I read some of the other reviews regarding the elevators and the parking. The parking was tight but I appreciate that they assigned you at least one space for your room. The overflow parking lot was not an issue but I think that was because we came at a time that wasn’t overly crowded. We had two family members that had to park the car in the pay parking lot behind the overflow lot. That lot was very convenient to the condo with plenty of parking. We had no issues with the elevators. The pool area was clean. The condo was in a great location. We stayed in room 2202. The room was spacious, clean and perfect for the week. I would definitely stay at the Ocean Ritz again.

The place was nice and in a great location. The only big downside to this property is the parking garage. If you have a vehicle that is low to the ground you will not be able to get in/out of the garage without scraping the bottom of the vehicle. My car was unable to get in/out of the garage without some damage. They do have an overflow lot, but that lot only holds a few cars (and is always full). We ended up having to park in a lot behind that one and it costed us $90 for the week.

This property needs maintenance and more parking only 1 elevator was working for most of our stay if it was working at all one day it didn't work at all. We had 2 vehicles one had the parking pass the other also had a pass but there was no space available so had to pay yet more money to park our other vehicle. Have messaged property manage thru vrbo and zero response to the issues also had a leak from one of the bathrooms and couldn't use shower for about 24 hours which made it difficult with 10 people in the condo.

The location was good and the view great. We saw a lot of marine life in the early mornings. However upon arrival we found that there was one elevator working and it took close to an hour for us to get to the 22nd floor. Then we found vomit on the 2nd bedroom shower curtain, leftover used plastic fork in the 2nd bedroom night stand, a spoon in the garbage disposal and the disposal smell was so bad that we could not use it at all and had to put the stopper in it. Some of our family got stuck in the elevator on the 6th floor for about 10 minutes and later that same night while taking up groceries the elevator would not work at all and we had to walk up the entire 22 floors. Could use some updated mattresses or maybe some mattress toppers. Other than that our trip was great.

Renting was easy and on the beach where I like to be.

When I arrived the door was unlocked and then the code sent to me did not work. I called and it was fixed quickly. The place was nice. The beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The pool code also did not work and that was never rectified. We got a code from other people staying there.

The rental people were wonderful! They communicated great but we had a few issues that should have been disclosed before and/or fixed during our stay. The vents and fans had noticeable amounts of dust. Both comforters in the master bedroom had stains. One of the beds in the two bed guest room had a broken box spring, resulting in a sinkhole in the mattress. The other guest bathroom had poor drainage in both the tub and sink that weren’t able to be fixed during our stay. We contacted Emerald Coast early in our stay and got called back in a timely manner but never got our issue resolved. There are 23 floors at this condominium and only one working elevator, so wait times were extremely long even though we stayed during the off-season. But overall, location was great, the balcony view was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay!

I received notification just prior to my plane departure that my room was not available and they had another room of the same quality. Upon arrival, the rooms had been cleaned, however not clean. There was feces on the toilet to the twin bed bedroom. No bedding on the king bed and asked multiple times starting on the date we arrived on sat the 27th and finally got covers for the king bed on wed night, that’s 4 nights with no cover. Killed roach on the wall in the kitchen. One of the Elevators did not work, the other was very slow. Felt like the quality of the room was no where near the quality of the room I had selected for our stay. I would like to be reimbursed for the difference but no one will get back to me.

Sara, the booking agent, found out our condo that we booked had the pool and decks closed and called prior to our trip to arrange another condo to make sure we had a great trip! We had a great time and plan to book with her again! She answered all of our questions quickly and was so helpful! Thank you for making our trip awesome!

Oh where do I begin .We would never stay here again, there is no where to unload your car when you get there, We had to pay for parking the whole week, somone was parked in our spot in the parking garage, and the overflow parking people were putting orange cones in the spot to keep it when they came back and these weren't reserved spots . It was a hassle when you have 3 kids under 4 to carry the block to the condo. When we got there on Saturday one of the two elevators was broken we stood in line for over an hour waiting on a elevator, not what we wanted to do with 3 grumpy kids after a 13 hr drive. finally my husband and daughters carried the kids up to the 22nd floor, while we continued to wait on an elevator. I messaged the owner on Saturday about the parking and elevators and never heard back from them. The condo was pretty nice, a chair in the living room is broken and needs to be replaced. Not very well stocked, We didn't have enough towels for showers so had to go out and buy towels so everyone would have a towel. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked either. The pool was closed all day everyday but Friday due to them painting. So that was a dissapointment to my granddaughters. All day at the beach was too much for them and we could have spent afternoons in the pool if it had been open. We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years and this is by far the worst vacation we have ever had. We are not picky people either.

There were a few issues this time. But nothing too bad. We had a great time. Chairs were broken in the living room so we didnt have enough seating for all our guest. 2 of the tubs drained really slow and the cable was not working. We had small kids so we had to buy a ROKU for them to be able to watch TV.

You should just inform guests that if they have more than one vehicle, plan on paying to park their other cars. It makes planning less stressful. Overflow has VERY little parking. Really is not an alternative

Someone else was in our parking and we were told there was nothing that could be done we could leave a note on the car in our designated spot. Upon further examination the Master rub was clogged and when I called I had to leave a message which was never returned. Luckily my husband found a plunger in the unit and was able to get the tub somewhat draining. We put our luggage down to find roaches in all of the bedrooms and bathrooms (a sprayer came on the 3rd day because this was evidently a problem in more than just our unit). The bedspreads were stained substantially and we didn't have any blankets for the pull out couch until our last day someone knocked on a door to return a comforter which they said belonged in the unit. Overall, we wouldn't stay there again but didn't have much choice while we were there as messages left were not returned.

It was a great week with only a few concerns. The first was parking. Very small and low garage, which should have been noted. Overflow parking does not have enough spaces and we had to pay. Second, one elevator was down multiple times per day. Third, there were roaches. Even though we had these issues, it was still a nice place to stay.

Nice location and great view

The place was overall clean, except the roaches that came out to greet us. All the furniture needs to be tightened. I reached out to the owner several times via vrbo and they never responded back to me. Elevators are definitely a nightmare. The blinds came down in the master my husband had to use step stool and put it back together. Ice maker literally spits out one piece of ice at a time (so buy ice). Communication with owner was great before the trip, but once we were there he went silent. It is just hard to swallow How much I paid for a week with roaches. My daughter was freaked out the whole time. There were big roaches outside on the patio and then the smaller ones throughout the condo—kitchen, living room, front bedroom on the left and bathroom when you walk into the condo. The condo was clean when we got there, so the owner was honest when they said they fixed the cleaning problem. We stayed in December on the sixth floor and didn’t have any of these issues. Management needs to go in and take a look at the condos especially if he has the entire 22nd floor. Parking spot for 2202 is terrible. The coffee table in living room is very unstable, the two chairs in living room come apart, the DVD player in master bedroom won’t open on its own. I was a little disappointed in this rental as it was for my 38th birthday and my daughter’s 15th. I don’t think I will book from this owner again, just because of lack of communication

We really enjoyed our stay here in PCB. We had family staying on the same floor in a room right next to us. It was a great place to stay.
