Walking distance to the Lagoon Pool and restaurants. The only thing wrong was there was not enough cleaning products or garbage bags. Would definitely stay again.

Parents could too - hardly used our car at all the whole time. House layout is well thought out and has all you need for a relaxing get away. We stayed 9 nights and could easily have stayed more. Went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Allowed us to check in early when our flights changed, altered our bedding configuration, lots of little extras made it a great stay. Very close to the Main Street and the lagoon/beach. Lots to do and easy to find.

It wasn't well stocked in terms of toilet paper, toiletries, kitchen basics but Woolworths is just down the road and the rental team were very accomodating. Would definitely return.

This property was just perfect for our family holiday. There were 10 adults and 2 toddlers. Everything was very clean. Just a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Airlie Beach and the Coral Sea Marina. Host Jane was wondeful and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend this property.

Its a short stroll to the lagoon and located between both marinas, with the Coral sea marina being a slightly shorter 10 minute walk. The house is well appointed but could benefit from some wardrobe(s) in the downstairs ensuited bedroom. All in all our stay was perfect and highly recommended for two families to stay comfortably

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 6 Hillcrest Avenue, Airlie Beach. It is in the best location and without a doubt a beautiful house with very comfortable beds and an unbeatable view of Airlie Beach. However, in saying this and what was included in the cost was very limited. All holiday accommodation I have been to has come equipped with various supplies and at least enough for the number of people that could sleep there. This house is huge and can sleep 10 people and we were given 6 rolls of toilet paper and only the two bin liners that were in the bin, no additional bin liners were provided. For a 3 night stay with 10 people staying this is unacceptable. On top of this we came across an array of other issues during our stay. No beds had doonas which was very uncomfortable when it got cool in the night and the thin blankets provided in the cupboards were far from sufficient, I understand we are in far North Queensland but proper bedding should be provided. The BBQ had not been maintained and was pretty rough with knobs falling off and having trouble operating it. For a house that can accommodate 10 people it should have enough hot water for all people to shower and wash dishes, I believe it could use a hot water system upgrade as we ran out of hot water on two occasions. On top of this we were not provided a mop to ensure we could clean up properly and instructions on the oven should have also been provided or the time needs to be set prior to guests checking in as it took us ages to figure out why the oven wouldn't work. Then the dishwasher was broken and needed the pump to be replaced, a technician came (unannounced) to have a look at it but did not have a part in stock to be able to fix it and wouldn't be able to get a part until after we checked out, therefore the dishwasher could not be used our entire stay. The Wi-Fi password provided also did not work. There were also ants through the entire house & all through the beds.

Disappointed that we paid a premium price and was woken at 7am every morning except Sunday to power saws and hammers from the new building works next door. Also the house could do with more blinds for privacy
