Hotel is clean and spectacular views

The club lounge food options

It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Body wash bottle was empty. Bar in the middle of the lobby. Guests very rowdy around the bar.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Refrigerator was too small on room. No microwave

I loved the property and for the most part everything

They double charged my card which resulted in a 30% usage being over the limit and it dropped my score 12 points! They did refund my money with no problem but that card was my lower card amount so I only do small transactions on that card! It’s easy to get those scores to drop but hard to get them back up! I’m devastated about this because I’m in the process of buying a home. So be mindful when you book a room.. it’s a chance they will double charge you
