A modern comfortable apartment, fully equipped. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and promenade. Great staff and free secure parking.

Location 3 min walk to beautiful Las Canteras beach. Close to Arenas mall with a lot of shops. Very clean and well equipped apartment in a gated building. Strong and warm shower. Underground parking. Comfortable and clean beds. Baby travel cot provided for our baby.

The only thing which could be improved is the apartment would benefit from some hooks or shelves in the hall and bedrooms to hang jackets/bags/clothes. Also more hooks in the bathroom would be nice thing to have. Toaster was a bit damaged but functioned OK. Some sort of dish drying rack would also improve the kitchen set up a bit.

The best place to stay! All emotions are positive. The rooms are wonderfully clean, as if I were the first visitor, thank you! All amenities are available - well-functioning shower, comfortable beds, elevator in the building. If you want a calm and quiet place, then ART LAS PALMAS is the best place. Very convenient check-in. The beach is a few minutes away, good local bus transport that costs 1.40 euros per person. Very safe place and pleasant and helpful staff. I 200 percent recommend this place. I'm glad I was able to stay there! You do a good job and make your guests happy.

We had a wonderful stay at this new stylish hotel. The facilities were superb, kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine and a microwave. Living room with stylish furniture and a smart TV. The beds were super comfortable. Hotel is situated 5 minutes from the beach that has many restaurants/cafes and the area is full of life. The service was exceptional. Javier and Xavier were extremely helpful and really made us feel welcome.

Leider ist das Email mit dem Zugangscode nicht angekommen und daher war der Start einbisschen schwierig. Hat aber alles noch geklappt.

Desværre kun en gang rengøring på 9 dagens ophold.

The apartment size is great. The furniture and design it is very nice. You can park at the building for a fair price. The manager was very open.

Very comfortable apartment. Very good communication from Javier. Good position for beach, commercial centre & restaurants.

The balcony on our side of the building overlooks a busy road interchange, it was very noisy. (Within the apartment and with doors closed the noise was not intrusive!).

New building in a mostly residential area, and everything was in great condition and so clean and comfortable. Not far to the beach and a big shopping mall, plus lots of smaller local shops and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, especially having washing and drying facilities was a big plus. Lovely balcony to sit and enjoy a drink. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. Enjoyed our 3 days here, happy to recommend ART Las Palmas.

Everything was perfect and we didn't feel insecure

It was nice, big, clean and for nice prize. It has underground parking lot for extra charge, which is perfect to have that option. For all of that I am giving 10 of 10. It is close to beach and also near main road heading out from the city.

Place was quite noisy during the day due to traffic. It was just above a very busy road. So having breakfast on balcony wasn't option :-) as to having windows open. Luckiky during night it wasn't that bad.

ART was a great location and the apartment was perfectly stocked. it was spotless and relaxing.

The only thing was, that we missed the room number during check-in on the automat, which lead to some confusion. I can only recommend, that the same is sent by the machine either via mail or sms, since you have to provide both during the registration.

The apartment was on the top floor and had two levels. Really spacious, both in shared spaces and in bedrooms. The views were nice and the location is great! Super easy to get down to the beach and walk everywhere. Also had a spacious parking garage available at extra cost.

Not much to say here, only some smaller details. Like, it would've been a nice touch to have parking included in the price, instead of having to pay extra. Otherwise not much to say, no complaints, would recommend!
