Everything was seamless -- communication, cleanliness, supplies, etc. The beds were extremely cozy and there were so many amazing touches -- a basket of fluffy beach towels, extra beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, fully stocked kitchen. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated home with a gorgeous view of the gulf. We loved the wrap-around balcony. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and were able to find all we needed to cook our meals. The owner kept in touch with us from beginning to the end and was so kind and helpful. We hope to stay in the unit again in the future!

This property is well maintained, luxury bedding and furniture, stocked kitchen (I love that it had plenty of tp, trash bags, paper towels, soaps, and laundry and dish pods), beach chairs in condo and beach service. Very clean and in the best location. We barely used our rental car and walked most anywhere we wanted to go. Walking distance to Seacrest Center, Rosemary, Inlet and Alys. The location and the price is great if you want to be right on the beach in this area. We will stay here again!

We love High Pointe since right on beach and walkable to restaurants/shops, etc! This unit was just gorgeous with stunning views. We had three adult couples so each couple had their own room/en suite bathroom which was perfect! Totally recommend!

Wonderful place and stay! We have been coming to 30A for 15 years and this was the best place we have stayed! Beautifully maintained with a stunning view of the ocean. We loved the attention to details and the excellent communication from the property owner. Security is top notch and everything was perfect. Great stay. We are already looking at our calendars to plan our next stay here.

These are the words I texted to Carolyn the property owner when we arrived! Wow! The condo is absolutely beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was so comfortable and the white noise machine was great! Beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, and big showers for after a trip to the beach were so nice! Wow! The view is just spectacular!!! Feels like you’re right next to the ocean! The wrap around balcony is great! The sunrises and sunsets are just breathtaking! Wow! The complex is just as nice as described. Lovely pool, great private walkway to the beach, delicious food at Crabby Steve’s, and just across the street from Seacrest Town Square where we enjoyed coffee, bakery items, ice cream, shopping, and 2 lovely dinners. One more Wow! Carolyn the owner. We have stayed in a lot of vbro’s etc but I have never had this level of attention to detail and willingness to help make our stay more enjoyable- from making excellent restaurant recommendations to making sure we had everything we needed. We arrived just as Idalia was becoming a tropical depression. She was great to keep us informed of the HOA updates about the storm. She gave us calm and well updated information and thankfully the storm missed this area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this beautiful condo. I certainly hope we get to return some day soon

We had a great stay at Carolyn’s beachfront condo. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 5, including our 3 kids and my parents. The condo is well equipped, and the view is just spectacular. I spent every morning out on the deck just relaxing with my coffee. We enjoyed lots of grouper and beverages at Crabby Steve’s and rode bikes all over town. The kids loved all of the toys, tubes and boogie boards. Carolyn was easy to work with. Thanks for having us, we will be back!

Condo is within walking distance to shops & restaurants. However, the resort sits back from road so it does not feel congested even during busy season. Also on private beach so this area is not congested either. Condo had tons of beach toys! Large wraparound balcony. Owner responds quickly to messages. Have stayed in resort 3 times; this was 2nd stay at this condo and hope to visit same condo again.

We have been visiting 30A for a lot of years and this condo was by far the best view and most comfortable! Perfectly stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Best beds and so clean. Carolyn provided so much information about the area as well to help with our stay. Seacrest and Rosemary are right outside of the High Pointe complex. Loved our stay so much! We will be back to stay!!

Well-appointe, comfortable, and convenient. This condo has everything you need: beach towels, chairs, and even sand toys! Plus prior trnants leave their unopened supplies for the bext guest, which means that you have less to buy. We hope to stay here again!

This is our third time staying at High Pointe Resort and our first time in this particular condo. The condo was perfect for our family of five. The view can't be beat!! It is an end unit so we had access to the deck from two bedrooms and the living/dining room. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has everything you need to feel like you are at your home away from home. High Pointe is a great location for easy walking to shopping, dining and entertainment! We hope to stay there again!

I cannot think of one fault with this place. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the view is jaw dropping. It is super clean, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful, and the location is suburb. We had an amazing family vacation here.

The condo is beautiful! We loved the wrap around balcony that came with amazing views and spectacular sunsets! The furniture is elegant yet comfortable and welcoming. We loved the beach service and ease of access to the ocean. The location is fantastic for walking to restaurants and shops. Kitchen is fully stocked to create a delicious fresh seafood dinner. We’ve been to Rosemary multiple times. This was our first time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. Everything in the condo is so clean and in great condition. Anything we could think of was provided! The location was perfect for my little one with a minute walk to shops and restaurants. Waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean every morning is something that can’t be beat. The reviews regarding the beds being so luxurious and comfortable are absolutely true! The owner even provides sound machines in each bedroom for the ultimate sleep. The owner was wonderful to work with and beyond accommodating! We will definitely be staying here again.

This beautiful condo in very conveniently located within walking distance of both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach shops & restaurants. Condo is spacious and comfortable.

We arrived on a Saturday evening to find a stunning condo just as described. The location is great for walking to restaurants and beach stores. We loved having a beach setup waiting for us each day after signing in the first day. You don’t have to race out to the beach to claim your spot. It’s already there. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely use the wonderful vacation unit again. The owner was very good at communicating with us if we had questions that put our concerns to rest.
