It is a very nice house with 2 bathrooms, so sufficient space for a family of 4. House has all you need, from good Wifi, TV options, Airco to kitchen utrnsils. Very nice surroundings with nice swimming pool, hot tubs, firepit and BBQ stations. Location is also perfect to make trips to New York City (appr. 1 hour), the big Commonbury outlet mall (40 minutes) and also waterpark and Legoland nearby. Closeby a fairly big supermarket (ACME) and food opportunities. Owner of house stayed in contact with guidance and tips.

This condo was private, cozy, and near attractions. I enjoyed the wonderful scenery and relaxed at the winery nearby.

proximity to the mountain to ski

The entire condo needs updating….the walls are scratched up with marks on the walls . Numerous light bulbs were burned out and in corresponding with evolve ( booking) was told that there is a shuttle to the mountain from black sanctuary , pool towels in the unit and a grill for our personal use. None of this was available to us. very limited towels and wash cloths. We have timeshare and have never had any of these problems. The stay that was presented to us was not what we had. All in all we hiked, skied, and had an enjoyable NYE. Fireworks behind were amazing!!!

Loved the location and the condo was really nice. Owners left helpful information on area highlights and places to eat.

It's in the mountains, so cell service wasn't great.

Loved the location, close to many activities. Went to a great spa (Vernon Wellness Spa). Pool, hot tubs,, fire pit grills, picnic tables and more! Relaxing stay, great time. Would definitely go back.

The place was wonderful the only problem was taking showers no water pressure.. If we could fix that everything would be great
