The beach was nice but not private. Anyone could sneak into the area.

The place was very filthy, with huge cockroaches, with no privacy. The location is very noisy especially at night, because my room’s window faces the nearby big hotel with very loud air conditioning system. It was impossible to fall asleep until early morning. I asked the landlady to let me sleep on the patio, because of the terrible noise. She became furious. How dare I complain? But because of sleep deprivation I could not stay there any longer and found another cheaper and better place to stay for the rest of my vacation.

I like how close I was to the beach and access to transportation. Patricia was terrific in helping me navigating the transportation system and finding the best restaurants, beaches and recreational outlets. Highly recommend!

Everything went well.

From the first contact over Booking, the communication has been excellent. I have received all information, how to get tho the accommodation and the host Patricia was waiting for me upon arrival with the key. I was expecting different and my expectations have been exceeded. You share a completely furnished apartment with the owner Patricia. You have your own private room and share the rest. Patricia was very helpful with all information, how to get to places, what to see, what trips to book. The apartment is on 3rd floor with a wonderful view of the ocean, right next to the ferry, which takes you to Isla Mujeres for a daytrip. Also right next to the building is the dock for pirate ships and the observation tower, so you will never get bored. I was also busy with collecting tiny sea-shells along the beach right in front. There you get beach chair free of charge, there are palm trees, so plenty of shade as well. Patricia was constantly cleaning, so the apartment was shiny. There is a public bus maybe 3 minutes walking, you can take it for larger shopping, souvenirs, it will take you to large hotels or entertainment, to different beaches or attractions. Also close is a basic store about 7 minutes walking. I really had all I needed and it was a wonderful time shared with a local, who can explain all what you need in the area. I will be happy, if I can return one day!

Patricia is a lovely person who was really helpful and made me feel really sought after. it is right by the beach and is not crowded at all, which is amazing in itself.

EVERYTHING I spent a month travelling Mexico and this was by far the highlight of my holiday. The owner of the property is kind, caring, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend and jump at the opportunity of visiting again. Amazing views, secure private location with amazing views and beach access. Don’t hesitate, book this place and thank me later!!!

Patricia herself is a wonderful host, attentive, caring, very sweet and nice to talk to. Her English is great and we helped each other with language exchange. The white sandy beach is like the VIP area for sunrise with 24h security front and back of the condo. This was perfect for me as a beginner solo traveller. Nice and breezy inside the place as it's facing the coast. Bedroom is easy to sleep very well in as it gets nice and dark and there are few noise disturbances. You even get to see a few fireworks nightly from the pirate boat excursion. Pelicans to the back, iguanas to the front!

The locks are a bit tricky

We liked the location, it was close to the beach and it was easy to get to the port for isla Mujeres from there. Patricia was also very helpful in recommending great places to eat that were off the beaten path. The first room we stayed at had views of the swimming pool and beach. Aircon worked fine. wifi also worked well. it is a shared apartment but this is not really an issue if like us you will be out exploring.

Very friendly host, amazing location.

The view from our bedroom was wonderful. View to the beach and sea. The location near the beach was perfect. private beach. Clean beach. In the middle of adventure. Perfect location. Host was very friendly! The Security is very friendly too. Quiet place. We didnt hear any loud music or something similar.

Shared bathroom and shared apartment. The only privacy is the bedroom and the bedroom was kind of small. the apartment is small too. its no problem when you spend most of the time outside.

Patricia is one of the best host you can find. She treats guests as a mother... The best mexican welcoming you can find in Cancun. She keeps the apartment super clean and she is always super available. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will back :-)

The shared apartment serves the purpose. We stayed just to have a place for overnight before continuing to Isla Mujeres. Patricia is very helpful and gave us a lot of tips where to eat, go out.

Great location, enjoyed the pool next to the sea

Our stay was magnificent! Patricia accomodated us in every way; she helped us find good places to eat and great deals for all local activities. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. I would highly recommend staying with her for great hospitality and good vibes!
