Micul dejun a fost foarte variat și delicios.
Cada cu hidromasaj era un pic defectă, găurile de jos nu funcționau, doar găurile laterale.

the fact that it was not specified on the official website that you have to get out of the building where you are staying in a robe to get to the pool, it was practically a rather uncomfortable inconvenience

The apartment we’ve stayed in was very clean and spacious, dressing gowns even for the kids and slippers, which make them very happy!
The spa centre and the restaurant was in another building and we have to walk trough outside to get there which on cold and rainy days it’s not very nice.

Priveliștea din dormitor….in rest nimic ….patul inconfortabil….perne tari , am dormit cu prosopul sub cap …..căldură insuportabilă, în prima noapte până a venit să închidă căldura de tot am dormit cu clima pornită , în dormitorul de la etaj nu se poate deschide geamul ….. Spa ul era în altă clădire ….nu putea i ieși de acolo super încălzit și să vi pe jos până în clădirea ta ca te baga i singur în spital ….restaurantul în altă clădire iar asta a fost motivul pt care nici nu am mers la micul dejun , trebuia sa te îmbraci și să ieși afară la prima oră ceea ce nu este confortabil când ești în concediu sa te relaxezi ….iar prețul de 1400 euro pt trei nopți este exagerat la ce ne a fost oferit in schimb …..unul dintre cele mai proaste concedii avute vreodată …..peturile din așa zisa stațiune sunt pur și simplu bătaie de joc ….nu mari , exagerat de mari

The room was very large and looked amazing. Better than a 5 star hotel room for sure.
The breakfast was the richest and tastiest we’ve ever ate at a hotel. It’s really special.
The fact that the spa was in a different building is really annoying.
Spa however is a generous word for what it offers. Apart from the heated pool from outside, there’s nothing much to it. A small pool inside, a few sunbeds, 2 extremely tiny old saunas and that’s all. You can make a massage appointment, which I didn’t try because I wasn’t feeling comfortable with the place.
It also gets extremely crowded in the evenings, since it’s not open only for the Elexus visitors but for everyone. A lot of people from Brasov come for the outside pool.

Amplasarea restaurantului si a piscinei sunt sperate de camerele pentru dormit, vara o fi bine dar primavara, toamna si mai ales iarna.....intepenesti de frig!

Peisaj mirific,camera spațioasă, condiții excelente la Spa (recomand piscina exterioara) , micul dejun foarte gustos, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil.
Ca nu am putut sta mai mult, vom reveni cu siguranță!

Curatenia impecabila, mobilier modern , piscina exterioara incalzita.

Noir restaurant is above expectations, great food and service. We’ll definitely get back.
The breakfast is probably the most complete and offering I’ve ever seen in a Romanian hotel, if not even the greatest ever seen everywhere.
The room we stayed in was gorgeous, great design, spacious and most importantly with a great view to the mountains.

The view, the size of the room, the consierge, private underground parking.
The location is very nice and we received a free room upgrade and a sparkling wine complementary of the house.
Fire place give a wonderful touch to the bedroom.
The location has a lot of potential based on its location but they have a lot of work left to do with the staff and amenities.
Part of the staff was unfriendly, although the checking personnel was very nice and the consierge was very friendly. The rest of the staff were cold and a bit rude and patronizing.
The bathroom is huge and lovely but you don’t have any place for your towels that you find in the bedroom for some reason.
The tv didn’t work on any channels.
The windows and mirrors in the room were only cleaned half way were the cleaning staff can reach most likely.
The frustrating part is that it have so much potential but until they get a better management and more experience I’m guessing we will not be returning

Everything was perfect. Staff is very kind and pay attention to every detail. Food is excellent at their restaurant. Location is amazing if you want peace and relaxation near the nature.
The apartament that we stayed in had some windows in the upper part that were not covered and without any possibility of covering so the light in the morning was reflecting directly in our eyes and woke us up.

Great facilities for a getaway weekend, the spa center is nice altough the massage was not at a professional level, but was a good value for money tho. Great breakfast and good food at the restaurant.
The room had velux windows which had no covers, so at sun rise the room will be full of light, meaning you'll get up at 7:00 AM no matter what. Might be a good thing during winter when you go skiing, but not a great thing during summer if you want to sleep in.
Staff was too young and unexperienced, altough they behaved very nice.

I’m rarely impressed by hotels in Romania when it comes to customer service but this time I’m more that that, I’m overwhelmed.
Literally this hotel has the whole package, customer service , comfort, coziness, great breakfast, SPA and location / view .
In my next trip to Poiana Brașov I will choose Elexus for sure and recommend to all my friends.

We found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent, and the complimentary drinks very welcome.
