One and a half block from beach I loved the location around the block was marcado the breakfast place was a block away what more could I ask for damn I will be there again soon

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Clean. Kept cool without using air conditioning too much with fan over bed, which also masked any street noise. Safe in room was a plus.

Two of our ceiling fans didn't work (however I never asked for them to be fixed as we didn't really need them). It's a little dark, but we didn't stay in the room much. I'd bring reading lights or something next time or maybe head lamps for the darker areas in the apartment.

Big apartment, nice bed, big bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location! Super value!! A/C worked well. Kitchen was nice with a big fridge and and nicely appointed.

Apartment very dark, right on street. No natural ventilation. Sofa and chairs not very comfortable but ok. TV was limited with some Roku channels and YouTube. Did not have key for security gate so it couldn't be locked. Hot water didn't work for first few days.had to request a coffee pot, but otherwise kitchen was well equipped. Bedroom was very dark with limited lighting. Bathroom also needs more light.

This place is so so so sad! Stay somewhere else! We are not snooty travelers! We get that Mexico has grit but this place appears to be owned by someone who gives 2 you know what's and the poor property managers are nice but stuck between a rock and a hard place. There are 9 apartments. We were in #8 (a 1 bedroom apt). It's in a great location, easy entry, and they give you plenty of towels and the AC does get cold...those are the pros. There is an intense sewer smell most of the time unless you run the shower often. They have placed a cover over the drain in an attempt to minimize this but it doesn't help much. The AC in the main room leaks constantly so the kitchen cabinet underneath is warped and wet and therefore unusable. The floors were dirty upon arrival (our feet turned black) and the couch was, a bit weathered. Also, the curtains are broken, the walls are in need of upkeep and the hardware in the bathroom falls off. When we asked for 2 extra pillows they said no (there were 2 to begin with and we each wanted 2). Our next door neighbor told me about their sewer smells too and about their milky water that never dissipated (so not aeration). Just unpleasant.

nothing! it’s old, dated, kitchen was falling apart, active leak in the sitting area. felt like you were in a prison and someone threw away the key!

the list is endless. falsely advertised. you cannot be warned if you go and are not happy. stay far far far away!

Although we didn't meet our hosts, they were very prompt in answering any questions and contacted us upon arrival. We had an unforeseen thing happen and they rectified the issue quickly (nothing major). It is an awesome location and was exactly as listed and we really enjoyed our stay. With the airflow, I think we only used the A/C once. There is a nice little store around the corner (across from the Tropicana Hotel) that has most of what you need. I consider it to be in one of the best locations in PV. Its close to the beach and the pier along with many very good restaurants (too many to name).

While it had a TV, having the ability to cast from a personal device would be an advantage to some people (I don't like putting my passwords into someone else's device). This isn't a dislike but it would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs made available. Personally, we would like a balcony so we can leave damp bathing suits and towels out to dry. If we come back, we would probably try and book a unit on the second floor. We had no real dislikes with this property.
