Trop peu de matériel de cuisine

Zona non raggiungibile con l'auto. neanche per carico/scarico. Non c'è parcheggio collegato alla struttura, e nei dintorni nessuna possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Abbastanza ben fornito, ma nessun cambio biancheria né da letto, né da bagno (siamo stati una settimana). Abbastanza sciatto. Non c'è condizionamento d'aria.

La cocina se veia nueva

El baño muy pequeño. Te colpeas con el lavabo cuando estas en el bater. La ducha cuesta mucho entrar por pequeña y estrecha. Las paderes pladu hasta el punto de oír todo de las otras habitaciones. No dejan papel hijienico. Toallitas sucias colgadas. Las cortinas mal colocadas y mal aspecto.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado

No tiene aire acondicionado, ni microondas. El tostador no funcionaba y solo habia 2 cucharillas para el desayuno (eramos 4 personas)

Ningún pero. Hacía calor… si no te gusta no vayas a Arrecife.. ve a Dublín

Nice apartment however kitchen gets really hot as it has no windows.

Cockroaches!!! The team claimed it was in the area so they cleaned the rooms and covered the bottom of the doors however cockroaches were still appearing even in the toilet. Pictures seem slightly “too perfect” related to the actual place.

TRANQUILAD, INSTALACIONES

Our flights were cancelled and we had a rough few days in poor accommodation and this was the perfect way to end our stay in Lanzarote. The children loved it, it was quiet and clean

It was quite difficult to get anywhere but we would definitely come back but rent a car

I liked the location, views and the cleanliness of the apartment

There is nothing I would change

Close to beaches , restaurants , coffee shops . Apartment was comfortable and clean . It has all you need if you want to cook , you got a fridge to keep your drinks cold , it has a massive kitchen/dinning room.

Windows are not proper double glazed so I could barely sleep because of the noise outside until around 1 am. Then 5 in the morning some silly alarms were ringing for hours and hours.

nice and clean, simple, served its purpose well. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Thin walls and other guests dragging furniture after 11pm

Location was very good, right in a center close to all shops and restaurants, 5 min from promenade, 10 min walk to the beach. Very nice and comfortable bed, big walk in shower, and overall spacious apartment. I will consider to stay again for sure .

Not having a ketle i a kitchen was a little bit of surprise. Apart of that great experiance overall.

Generally looked quite clean. Good location.

Cockroaches in the apartment even in the fridge had to keep everything in plastc bags. Foil on our tooth brushes . Reported this but nothing was done. The first apartment No. 11 had no furniture in it no sofa coffee table or cupboards to put clothes. Moved to another unit 11 with blocked drains and electrical sockets coming away from the wall in a dangerous state. These defects were rectified. Very uncomfortable small sofa. Not really an apartment. Windowless room with kitchen unit next to the toilet which is where the cockroaches came from. Had a small table and 2 chairs and snall hard sofa. . Bedroom had tv in it which did not work for 5 days as remote faulty. Had to sit on the bed to watch tv as sofa in the kitchen. Really uncomfortable. Very basic 2 ring hob and limited cooking utensils. Microwave rusty inside and combi part of oven did not work. The worst accommodation l have ever encountered in Lanzarote more like a hostel for backpackers than a holiday apartment. Ripped and dirty dish towels offered for use. These units should be withdrawn from Booking. Com. We are unable to trust your company after this experience. Staff and manager Manuel were not interested in moving us to a decent apartment although they had much better ones empty. Very disappointing and unsanitary.

The apartment was big, and clean enough (well, i killed one cochrouch obe evening, but let's ignore this..)

Even if the apartment is big there is no place to put things. Soap only in the shower. Shower in the living room, and window only in the sleeping room, but let's ignore this... And very strange: there were NO glasses or cups! there were plates, but no glasses -- please fix this, it's easy ;-)

everything was nice and clean, I felt as a princess - lady calmly explained everything i needed (recomendations of doctors and medical care included). perfect!
