This home proved to be an excellent venue to celebrate my daughter’s sweet sixteen on 30A. Very clean and full with all the amenities for the home and beach.

Perfect location and pool. Private beach access was very misleading. We had access but no place to set up chairs. We will be back when private beach regulations change.

First off, Bob & Donna (owners) & Erica (host) are amazing to work with. If you need anything, you get an Immediate helpful response. Cool Breeze house had us wanting for nothing. The house is beautiful, clean & comfortable. They thought of everything, Even plug-in nightlights. The Kitchens are very functionable. Refrigerators have water filters & ice makers. There’s no need to buy a bunch of bottled water. We refilled our bottles daily. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. The outside furniture on each level, made it nice to relax in the evenings. There is an abundance of beach towels, pool & beach toys, beach umbrella, chairs & coolers. We loved having the bicycles. We used them daily. Pool- 9AM - 9:45PM. You cannot access it until your gate is unlocked by the staff. If you are not at the pool by 9:20 AM, you may not get a lounge chair. If you leave your chairs for more than 15 minutes (to go back to your house/condo) they will give them to someone else. There is a snack bar which is a little pricey. We chose take a cooler with drinks, sandwiches and snacks for the poolside. Beach- If you want a large umbrella with chairs you need to reserve them well in advance. Most days it is VERY crowded & hard to walk around. Want a good spot? Get there by 8AM. Restaurants- (Rosemary Beach area) My opinion is they are very expensive for mediocre food. Do the research and read reviews before choosing where you dine. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Lovely stay. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable home. Location was ideal - adjacent to the pool and close both to the beach to walk even with beach gear. Would def stay here again!

Overall a good experience. Owners were very communicative and easily accessible to answer questions. The layout was unique; lots of stairs and a downstairs apartment which is nice if you are looking for privacy. Stovetop oven was very sensitive and would turn on if it was touched. We had a close call. Good location and walkable to many restaurants. Store and the beach.

Nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach - perfect location. Bleach was spotless. The house and all the toys an active family would want. Comfortable beds and space. Very nice spot (comfortable) to spend Spring Break.

Clean, close to pool and front of neighborhood. Erica was easy to contact and stayed in touch.
