Room was somewhat clean was some crud by toilets but nothing to bad. Beds were comfy. My biggest concern was the two rockers on patio the vottoms are rusted out i had a 6 yr old sit in one and it broke and she fell face first at the railing. The 2nd one is gonna go soon will let management know. Other than that place was really nice and would deff stay again.

Condo was very spacious. Condo was dirty couldnt walk on floors turn ypur feet black. Had to go buy cleani g supplies and a mop to clean the floors before my family was able to unpack. Waited around 30 mins to get checked in the room guard shack kept telling me there was no such room. Had to call emergency number to speak to someone and she got the guard to finally understand 0301 room was the same as 301.There was a broken screen door on bqlcony leaning against the wall. Curtains in master bedroom was not hooked to patio door part of them was hanging off and part was hanging correctly. Had no pillow cases. Shelving in fridge was broken, one bed had sand on the sheets. Ceiling fan in bedroom would not work. Room was thou very spacious and big for my family of 11 had a great time after we took care of cleaning.

Very easy check in process! The location on Thomas Drive is great! Located closely to restaurants and grocery stores! Condo is on the 3rd floor and located next to the elevator or stairs! Bikini Bob's was FANTASTIC as well with their food and drinks at a very reasonable price! We will be back again!

Very pleased with the location. Very impressed by the light traffic. Quick and easy to get all of our destinations while visiting. Our unit was super clean and check in was a breeze! Host was very helpful whenever we had questions, and even let us check in a little early due to our long drive to get there! Would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed!

The place was great. The top of the door to the master bedroom fell off upon arrival but other than that the stay was 10/10. Place slept 10 fine. Much bigger than expected

We had to buy almost w erythema g we needed once we got there because it wasn’t provided I mean everything from towels to sheets to utensils to toilet paper etc. the dryer wouldn’t dry things unless it ran three cycles. The dishwasher and microwave only worked four of the seven days. Toilet was clogged two days do on those two days we had one working bathroom with 10 people. Elevator went down on one day and I had my mom who needed a wheelchair. No beach wheel chair available so that’s something we had to rent also. Was best in the first bedroom do we had to deal with wasps. All lights couldn’t be turned on by the switches we had to pull cords and if your short like the kids they had to use chairs. Also we were expecting ocean front since the property stated it was yet the room was actually ocean view. The **** roaches outside the unit were the biggest I ever seen. Security gave us permission to check in since the security code was provided before our stay and the owner wasn’t very nice when we walked in on other guests. Better communication needs to be with owners and security and maintenance. If this is the way it is when you stay in condos I think I would rather be a hotel guest. I will not recommend this place or return. I do have to say the pools and food/ snack place between the pools was very nice and we did enjoy the karaoke they had too. Two of the beds had good and sand on mattresses with no sheets we had to put them on the day beds.

Regency Towers has a great setup with the pools and Bikini Bob’s. Unit 301 is not managed well! Couch and love seat were filthy!! Found prescription pills in the master bedroom. There were foam bed covers rolled up in all the closets on the floor. No sheets for the extra beds in the living room. Communication with with the property management company was nonexistent. Emailed them twice about the pills and having to purchase sheets the second night - still no response! Will not be booking from this property management at all in the future!

I am leaving my 100% honest review. This condo has the potential to be a nice place if updated. However that’s not the case. I took pictures to prove all of these things. The kitchen has been updated, everything else is out of date. There was dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. The floors were disgusting. We bought a mop to try to clean them up. Broken chairs in the balcony. Mold and grime around the bathtub. Cheap cheap dishes. Dirty towels and a vape pen behind the bed. Missing balcony door handle leaving no way to lock it. Dirty air filters left in laundry room. The resort’s elevator only works 1/2 the time so be prepared to walk up and down carrying your stuff. If you are looking for a place just to sleep this place is for you. The two King beds are very comfortable with memory foam toppers. It is conveniently located to the marina and the beach. I would not consider staying here again just for the amount of filth left for the guest. I reached out to the numbers left for housekeeping, and owners and got no response.

My friends and I loved the place as a spring break stay. We had no issues or major complaints. The check in process was a little annoying because even though you have rented the place through VRBO, I had to pay an additional $20 to check in and get security bracelets from the front desk to b allowed back on the premises and in the pool area. It is also farther down the beach and not in walkable distance to bars and clubs which we did not know until we got down there so that was our error. Overall 5 star stay with a great location and since it was farther down, there were less crowds especially on the hotels section of the beach.

We just checked out this morning from our week long stay in this filthy condo. The beds were dirty, the furniture was disgusting, the outdoor chair broke when someone sat it in from being so rusted, there was sand on the beds, the bedding wasn’t clean and was just thrown on the beds, the shower curtain was covered in mold, the refrigerator didn’t even keep our food cold even on the coldest setting, the dinning room chairs had stains all over them, the tv remotes didn’t even have batteries in them, the rug in the kitchen was covered in stains. I reached out the host and never received a word back. For paying over $400/night, I expected this to be as clean as the pictures showed. But this place was nasty. I will fight to get my cleaning fee back. I wish I could share the photos on the review, I have plenty of them.

Arrived at 5:30 condo wasn't cleaned ,front door was broke , the master bath shower curtain had mold all on it ,we finally got in condo at 9:00pm

I wish I could provide pics. I have emailed them 6 times, consulted with the property Manager thru Vrbo telling him of issues, asking him to contact me. He wouldn’t, kept telling me to email and I did, but then he says they never received emails. I requested him to call me three times and he wouldn’t do it. Issues as follows: mold, mold and more mold on shower curtain. It took FOUR days to get a new shower curtain so I could actually shower. This is one of the emails I sent to the property manager: “This unit is just filthy all the way around. The shower curtain was the first thing. Mold all over it. I emailed Saturday (about 4pm) immediately upon arriving with no response to this day. I called yesterday and they sent new shower curtain but no shower rings as the original shower curtain didn’t have rings. The carpet is nothin but stains, the trash under the bed and behind the furniture in the bedrooms is unbelievable. I haven’t checked in the living room. The only TVs that work is the living room. We cannot find remotes or get the other three in the bedrooms to work. For us to pay $4k for a week this is the WORST condo I have ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness. And I come twice a year. The beds have a foam thing on top of them that slides everywhere. And just to prove my point on how the housekeeping is awful, the bed sheets are on inside out. To me this says someone took no care in cleaning this unit. But not even cleaning it, just the stains that are really over the top. I’ve sat here for three days contemplating how to handle all these issues and decided to reach out. I don’t know how you fix this but I certainly hope you do. Please confirm you have received 5 emails with all the pics and the issues I have listed.” I didn’t list every issue in this email, but I did send pics. I’ve now been in the ER twice with my son. He started getting sick the Tuesday just 2.5 days after our arrival. It just makes me wonder if it has something to do with the filth we were staying in. I will NEVER use ECD. RT on the other hand was great. Location, activities etc. just the unit was awful. I would hate to know that ECDI handled privately owned condos and treated their customers this way. I’m not sure if they are privately owned and just handled by Emerald coast or what. But I will say this- The property manager needs to be fired. He sucks at his job.

Mother/son trip for 7 was a blast! Could use more kitchen utensils/knives etc but overall a great week and great place to stay’. The 3rd floor was perfect!

Perfect for our family of 12. Nice, clean unit.

Perfect location. Side room but still a good view. We ended up coming in right after a bad storm so bad weather for the first few days. We spent most of that time on the balcony. It could have been cleaned better before coming in but with a total of 6 adults..we were all use to cleaning and didn't bother us. The kitchen was mildly equipped. We ended up buying a few needed nessasities and just kept in the kitchen for future guests. Enjoyed being on the 3rd floor..the elevator was always packed so was easy to take the stairs. The master bed was extremely comfy! Was wonderful to get away on our first trip with no kids! Definitely ready to go back!
