Nice place for the weekwnd.

We really enjoyed there. The place is so peaceful. It was so nice see so many books for kids there.

Great location and the bunk beds were perfect. Could use some new appliances but that didn't hinder our stay.

Absolutely loved the bedroom with the full size bunk beds (2 sets).

We were delighted and blessed to see such a lovely and charming setting for our family to stay in. The love and care put in to cleaning and presenting the condo was evident. It was a perfect fit for the six of us and just enough room for our needs. Thank you!

The property was nice, and it was clean, my only issue was the grill was broke, so we couldn't use it!

This was an easy and easy out kind of for a family of 10 ranging from 74 to 9.

This is not only a beautiful property nestled between Table Rock Lake and the Branson Strip but it is affordable and welcoming for large families. The host was prompt and kind and did everything she could to ensure we had a wonderful and relaxing trip. The house was very clean setup in a way that makes it so 10 people can sleep comfortably. When we had a hiccup in our trip the host was incredibly understanding of our situation. She went the extra mile and helped us get through a difficult time. You could tell she cared and wanted to do all she could to help. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

It was a very clean, nice rental and the manager was very prompt to reply to my concerns. There were a couple of issues and unfortuneately they were not able to be resolved while we were there. However, I do not believe it was negligence on the part of the owner, but lack of communication from clients staying reporting issues as they arise. I have found it very useful take pictures of the rental when I arrive and also when I leave to show the condition of the property in the event there are issues. It's just a safety precaution on my part. I did not have problems with the owner, she was very quick to respond and apologized for not being able to fix the problems. There were some remotes missing and there was no hot water in the bunk bed bathroom. Fortunately, the other bathroom and kitchen had hot water and although it was incovenient not having the second shower, it was not undoable. We just had to plan our time a little better. I would recomment this rental and would stay again in the future.

Property is in a good location only a few minutes away from everything you would want to do in Branson or at Tablerock lake.

The property was just as pictured, and it was very clean when we go there. Plenty of room and beds for all of us. We went on a shopping trip and the host was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

We loved our weekend in this condo! It was exactly as described and totally worth every penny! Very clean, very close to all the attractions, we highly recommend!

I most definitely recommend this place… We had a very good experience.

This place is excellent for accommodating large groups at a low price. It was clean and well kept, and had everything we needed to cook meals together. If you are looking for something super spacious this isn't it but if you want super affordable time away with your family then you will have no regrets.

The property worked great for our family trip.

We had a great quick trip. The owners answered very quickly to the one question we had. The address does not take you to the building but it is building 26. That is the only hiccup we had but it was more on us than anyone else. Home was clean and everything we expected.

Everything was wonderful!

Finding it was interesting at nite directions not exactly right and called 5 times before someone called me back to help. Everyone was very nice though. I spoke to owner about a few issues but overall pretty nice

Check-in was a nightmare. Nobody would return a call. No Unit number on the VRBO app. Had to use code on all units to figure out which one was ours. Finally called owners out of state - no parking passes. Bedrooms wouldn't cool-very hot.

Everything was clean and well prepared. We were within 5 miles of everything that we wanted to do. Had a great weekend!

The place was easy to find, clean and cleaning staff left stuff to make smores. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and places we wanted to go. Nice and clean and welcoming. We especially appreciated that the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with paper products. One thing that could be improved is the lighting. It's quite dim in one bedroom. And maybe provide some instructions for how to use the TV/cable as we had some difficulty with it. Neither of these things are a big deal, but it would make an already great place even better!

The water tank from bathroom (6a) by bunk beds had the rotten egg smell in the water. This usually means the tank or piping/tubing needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. It didn’t have dish rags or dish towels. Dishwasher had dishes in it. Looked liked it was washed but not put away. Lastly a couple pillows smelled. Never used. But the rest of the condo was great! Was perfect setup for our needs for the weekend. Loved the porch. Opened Arcadia door to a fresh breeze after a rain. Complex well kept up.

Pictures make the place look a little bigger than what it is, but overall great stay! Kids said the full size bunk beds were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of places for 10 people to sleep.

The property was very nice. We had 6 people in our group and we all slept comfortably. The living room/kitchen area was a little small for our family but it was nice to have the memories.

Check in was easy, place was a little sketchy as far as location and others around. Neighbors were rough and yelling the whole time. Place was clean-ish but carpet is ripping up in spots, no overhead lights so it was dark, and smelled like it had been smoked in. It was a decent price but much smaller than it seemed in the pictures.

I have to say my experience was more then we expected. My family and I really enjoyed our time in Branson. Our Condo we rented was nice and clean and the area was quiet. The room was definitely big enough to accommodate my family size. When have even talked about planning another trip and rented the condo in the future. The only thing I didn't like was the lock on the door it was hard to get in and out the lock is tricky other then that we loved it. Thanks and we will definitely be back in the future.
