Great location .. close to beaches restaurants everything you need for a family vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool and hot tub and game room kept everyone will entertained, everything was very comfortable, and it was close to lots of beaches and fun things to do. The hosts were responsive when we needed them, and even though there was red tide in the area they helped us find places that weren't as affected.

Stayed for a soccer tournament at the IMG Academy so the location being less then 15 min away was ideal. Very close to Bradenton beach as well! Home was very clean and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our host Christy was very attentive!

I cant say enough great stuff about this property. My husband and I stayed here for a month (Feb), with family and friends coming and going. The property is exactly as the listing describes. The kitchen is outstanding. Has all the utensils, cookware, dinner ware, etc. we could need, plus, the appliances are way above what is expected in a vacation rental (Double Oven, Induction cooktop, Bosch dishwasher). Everything was clean and decorated in a charming coastal theme. Laundry room is stocked with extra bed linens and the hall closest is filled with towels, including enough beach towels for everyone. The layout is perfect for families with kids/teens, it has lots of nooks, and hangouts areas and game room in garage. Not a negative...just an alert, the set up is not quite as great for multiple adult guests, as two of the bedrooms are more kid sized. Twin beds in Twin Room were too short for my adult guests. The pool/hot tub and deck area is wonderful, private and screened in. The pools maintenance people came in a couple times a week and kept the water sparkling clean and running smoothly. We especially loved the covered patio. It has a perfect bbq set up with a prep station and large 8 person patio table. Ceiling fans and lights made it perfect for day and night. I think we ate every meal there and played cards and games every night. The house is in a residential neighborhood about 6 or 8 blocks from the main street (Manatee Ave) that connects to almost everything in Bradenton area. There are several grocery stores and pretty much every restaurant you can imagine within a couple of miles. Also, many beaches to choose from all within about a 15 minute drive. Some beach areas are crowded and parking is somewhat difficult so we used UBER to Anna Maria Island one afternoon and the cost was about $25. Property owner has thought of everything, including having someone take the trash cans to the curb for pick up. Christy was great to work with both prior to booking (extended stay with dog) and during the stay. We have stayed in many vacation properties, this was by far the best. Thanks Christy

We stayed at this property with 12 of us across 3 generations. The kitchen was large and well-supplied. The garage/game room was a lot of fun. The best part was the pool/hot tub. It was a just fantastic! The short drive to the beach, with easy parking was great!

Very well stocked. Clean and ample refills. Pool was very nice and hot tub both were kept clean. Nice neighborhood for walking and close to several beaches and wonderful restaurants.

We had a great time at this home. We heated the pool and the kids spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was in a great location for our adventures out to Anna Maria Island, Mote Aquarium. Bishop Science Museum and mini golf. The doors to the pool had an alarm, helpful to have with a toddler. Wonderful stay!

Our stay was nice and relaxing. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. We were able to cook dinner for everyone and the property is close to everything you could need. The residents walk the neighborhood frequently making things feel safe. The acoustics in the house are not great, making everything very easy to hear throughout the house inside and outside. But other than that things were just what we needed. Christy was even kind enough to accommodate a special need we had. She was quick to address questions/issues throught the stay which was very helpful. Plenty of room in the kitchen/family room/pool area.

Property was perfect. Accommodated 6 adults and 3 children under 3. Host was very responsive if we had issues and communicated clearly. We enjoyed this rental very much and would highly recommend to any one, especially families. We would rent again!

We went to celebrate my husband and sisters birthdays, the house was wonderful and Christy was very attentive. We are already planning our next stay!

great location for some of the most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches

We stayed here for a family "girls" weekend. House was just as described and fit our group perfectly. Owner was fast to reply when there were issues and helped resolve them quickly. Would stay here again!

Our stay was awesome. The house was clean and well maintained. Loved the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our only issue was the hot tub wasn’t working correctly until our last day but was informed there was an issue by the property manager upon arrival.

Many personal touches and attention to details for all ages traveling made this rental great.

Beautiful maintained property that’s very close to shopping and the beach. Everything you need was provided from laundry detergent to paper towels. Home away from home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway that’s stress free.

Loved the property! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room in the garage. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of stuff for the beach! It was a relaxing, comfortable visit and would definitely use again when visiting next time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, it had everything we needed. Nice pool, clean, comfortable for our family of 5 adults, 1 teenager (14) and 3 children.. we felt at home. We would be back there when in the area. Thanks
