super Lage,insbesondere mit Hund. Check in ist noch ausbaufähig...

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum See und in die Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleine Mängel wurden von der netten Frau Consolini sofort behobenen . Leider war die Wohnung nicht gut gereinigt, Z.B. Kühlschrank und Fußboden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

We were a family of four ,2 adults,2 children ( 19 y.o girl / 15 y.o boy ) staying at this premises for one week in August . This is an honest and balanced review ,some issues are beyond the control of the owners others are well within their gift to improve. 1.Booking- After much research this was booked months in advance. 10 days before arrival we were told we were double booked with another family for the first two nights . This message was sent to me in German which I don't speak . I then had to chase the owners to clarify , only after a few emails did they provide alternative accommodation for two nights . This alternative was not as good as this property , we were offered no compensation nor apology for this substandard property and losing half a day moving again. I have written a review of the other property at https://allywhite1229.blogspot.com/ 2.Arrival - we were delayed taking off therefore late arriving and had problems with renting the vehicle . We were 1 hour 10 mins late but phoned up when 40 minutes away .It was late , we were tired and the owner told me it was impossible for our flight to be late ,almost blaming us . She was not attentive nor welcoming . The towels and linen we were given were old and tired ...almost transparently thin not worth the extra $50 ..bring your own. 3.We lost half a day moving accommodation ,to the featured accommodation. Still no apology. Towels were again tiny and old. Some flip flops were left but never made their way back to us. No help moving and this time the owner was an hour and a half late even though she texted saying she was waiting for us !! 1.Location: This is lakeside of the main North/South coastal road . Unfortunately the balcony is only about 30 metres away from that road with no view . It gets quite noisy. Next door looks like a repossessed flat covered in dust and broken glass. In its favour it is a short walk from the promenade and a 5 minute walk into Lazise , which , to an extent makes up for the above. 2.Facilities : Bathroom ,bedrooms ,kitchen and living areas are all good( apart from the lack of an oven/microwave) , modern and clean , however there were little things that grated - No corkscrew , the cooker ignition didn't work and no matches were left for us , the tin and bottle opener were out of a xmas cracker - there were only four forks . Nothing in the cupboards at all , including toilet paper !! 3.Parking : Big bonus in that there is private off road parking.

Die Fotos täuschen leider vor. Die Wohnung war extrem schmutzig und voller Insekten, v.a. Weberknechte und Spinnen. Der Boden war so schmutzig, dass man sofort schwarze Füsse hatte. Die Betten sind abgenutzt und die Matratzen komplett durch. Die sogenannte Schlafcouch verdient ihren Namen nicht, darauf kann maximal ein Kind schlafen. Der Balkon war eingesaut und voller kaputter bzw. alter Gegenstände. Es gab nur Kaltwasser. In der Wohnung darüber wurde selbst am Sonntag und Pfingstmontag ab 7 Uhr renoviert. Generell ist die Wohnung vollkommen renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fällt beim Spülen der Toilette der Drücker ab, alles ist alt und runtergekommen. Das schöne Gartenfoto hat überhaupt nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun. Die Vermieterin ist nicht zu erreichen und reagiert nicht auf Anrufe. Sie ging nicht auf die Mängel ein, die natürlich sofort gemeldet wurden. Wir mussten vorzeitig, also nach 2 Nächten, abreisen, denn es war nicht mehr zu ertragen. Ich habe im Nachgang versucht eine Einigung zu finden, stattdessen droht die Vermieterin mir, geht auf die Mängel insofern ein, dass sie sie leugnet bzw. die Schuld auf uns schiebt. Die Vermieterin handelt unehrlich und hat sich nicht an die Vereinbarung gehalten. Außerdem hat sie den Mietbetrag für eine komplette Woche einbehalten. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich bin sprachlos und wünsche niemandem so ein Erlebnis. Also kurzum: Finger weg. Die Vermieterin hat übrigens noch weitere Vermietobjekte auf FeWo.
