Location, they have access to the beach! Staff, facilities, breakfast...

Needs rules for kids, and people talking in the hallway at night

Price and location are the highlights of this place. Staff was friendly, yet not very professional at times treating guests with plenty of intimacy and too informal to my taste.

The shower was disgusting and the water wouldn't warm up at all. There was a big hole in the shower head where all the cold water would come out. They suggested changing me to a room that was worse than the one I was in. Luckily, one of their employee who was about to leave his shift volunteered to change my shower head and fixed the shower. The new shower head was old and rusty but did the trick. I could finally have a hot shower. The smell in the room was awful - moldy and mixed with some type of insecticide for roaches. Unfortunately, I saw a few tiny roaches around the room.

unfortunately we had the worst room: side by side with the breakfast terrace from one side and the kitchen from the other . we asked a change after the first night but reception didn’t gave us a positive feedback. in anycase good value for money, but if you want to sleep more of 6 o’clock in the morning don’t take rooms close to the breakfast terrace .

The location is excellent and the breakfast view is breathtaking. The breakfast was very organized, clean , and well served.

the bedroom had a mold smell, and the AC was very week barely cooled down the place (definitely needing maintenance) - we called the maintenance guy who told us that it was working perfectly but the weather was too hot for it to be able to cool down the bedroom. The bed was made with a very thin cover sheet (very wore down).

The view... to the "morro do careca"... is incredible.

They serve breakfast too late (7am), considering that trips on the beach begin sometimes around 6:30am or even earlier.
