My husband 2 younger kids and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully decorated Vrbo, and it exceeded all our expectations. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation fully. From beach gear and bikes to a stunning pool where we spent countless hours relaxing, it truly had it all.
The rooms were fantastic, and the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in. We're determined to find out the brand of the master bed mattress because it provided the best sleep we've had in years. The hosts provided an abundance of towels and every house amenity imaginable.
The kitchen had everything you could need to cook and dine in style. The location was ideal, just a short drive across the bridge to Anna Maria Island. We were also only three minutes away from the nearest rec center, where we enjoyed pickleball, football, the skatepark, indoor basketball courts, a huge playground, and more.
The host was easy to reach and exceptionally accommodating. They were, without a doubt, the best hosts we've ever had, and we travel frequently. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We loved every moment of our stay!

Aneta has thought of everything! The house was very comfortable, beds were comfy, and there were so many towels! We traveled with 5 kids and they loved the pool and all the fun toys in the bunk room closet. The beach toys were very fun too. The kitchen was stocked with bags, soap, and spices. Aneta was great with communication and getting in and out of the house was easy. We loved the location of this house- stores, restaurants, and coffee minutes away. We explored so many beaches and the location of this house made that possible. We watched sunset at a different beach each evening. This place will not disappoint!

We came for a tournament at IMG. The house was conveniently located not only to IMG, but also the beach! The house had everything we needed, and Aneta was super attentive.

We had a great stay for the week. The house was so nicely decorated and welcoming. It was so well stocked with all the things we needed to not have to eat out all the time. The pool was great. There were so many items for the beach, and enough bikes for a family bike ride! Will definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a place to get some relaxing in while on vacation this is your place to go! With such a generous host, you’ll have everything you need to be comfortable and happy. The house and pool are clean and cozy. The neighborhood was located conveniently around stores, restaurants and minutes away from the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

The property exceeded our expectations. It is a family home and fit our needs (gm, mom and 3 teen girls) perfectly with extra room to spare. The best were the unexpected amenities (snacks, fully stocked kitchen, bikes and tons of beach towels and items) and the responsivity and kindness of the host. We were so pleased and hope to stay again next year.

My daughter had a training at IMG for the weekend and we stayed here and it was perfect! We grilled and spent alot of time in the pool! It was clean and had everything you need! We will be back next May!

We came to meet up with family staying on Anna Maria Island about 20 minutes away. They ended up spending most days at our vacation property because it was so spacious, had great amenities and the cutest little bunkbeds for the kids to nap.
The pool was extra safe with a kid-proof locking door and safety net as well. The screened in structure kept bugs away so we could sit outside in the evenings.
We barbecued, rode bikes and used all of the pool toys. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything that we possibly needed was available to us. The house was very clean and welcoming. The furniture and beds were comfortable. I loved having a washer & dryer to keep up on our laundry. Everything felt like home! The pool was a huge hit as well! We felt safe in the quiet & pleasant neighborhood. The location was close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Aneta was an amazing host and responded promptly. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

A great host and a wonderful lanai with pool made this an excellent choice for snowbirds like us seeking to escape the midwestern winter. The house was clean and well-maintained, located about 25 minutes by car from downtown Sarasota, wth its shops, theater, museums, etc. Although the houses on the block are spaced close together, the neighborhood is quiet, and you have complete privacy in the fenced-in back yard with iits delightful screened-in, heated pool. By the way, the extra charge to heat the pool is modest, and you can keep it as warm as you like, The host was responsive to texts within minutes and very accommodating--a
handyman was on the scene in a jiffy to deal with any problem that arose. The house was comfortable (the king-size bed in the master bedroom extremely so). All in all, we had an enjoyable, trouble-free stay and are pleased to recommend this property highly.

House is exactly as pictured. We stayed here during my son’s soccer tournament and all my family loved the house. Property owner would respond quickly when messaging. Would definitely stay here again!

Super clean with all you need for a great beach stay. Just over 10 mins to the closest beach & located in a nice little neighborhood. Pool at the home was great! We enjoyed all of the provided amenities- plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool & beach stuff for the family! 5 stars :)

This house is incredibly clean. It has everything you need in a house and more. Quiet neighborhood and near spectacular beaches and restaurants. We booked 4 days ended up staying one more night. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this cute house for my daughter’s gymnastics meet in Palmetto! Her teammate and mom stayed with us. The house was adorable! Unfortunately it was pretty chilly so we only used the heated pool once.

We were so impressed with the house and the host! The house was stocked with every little thing and the host responded immediately to our questions. It is very clear that the hosts take care of this home and it’s not just a “rental” to them! The house was very close to beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants! This was a lovely place to stay for a summer vacation with the family. We were comfortable with four adults and 3 kids in the house. The screened pool was great for the kids, with a shady spot to watch them on the side. The beach is a short drive away, and parking there was painless. Also, the owner was very friendly and responsive when a minor technical issue arose with the AC, and it was quickly fixed. We'd love to stay here again.

Neighborhood is safe and really quiet. House was really clean and items for beach were fabulous add! We were minutes from the beach.
Communication was immediate once I texted. We had plenty of gas to grill nightly and pool was super clean!

Perfect Spot!
Communication with the owner was seamless as was the checkin process. Owner was very responsive in a reasonable time. The property was very clean and they went the extra mile providing all the necessities. We loved the pool and we also loved how close the property was to the beaches. Everyone was impressed by the modern look of the house. I would definitely book this property again and I would recommend it to anyone. The complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and snacks was a nice touch too!

Perfect family vacation spot!
Our visit was short but for sure sweet. My husband and two children visited for 4 days and this property was just right for us. Had everything we needed. Cooked out one night, and swam, met family on Anna Maria island which was a very short drive, and Went kayaking in Robinson reserve. Restaurants and grocery store close by as well. Was very clean and Aneta super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. Definitely would stay again!

Amazing vacation
This house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and great decor. The owners Aneta and Craig made sure to stock all essentials, we really only needed to bring our clothes. The home style and decor is really nice with wifi and loads of TV apps entertainment. The location is close to the beaches, shopping and great restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was great, water is heated and very clean, and the whole outside area is covered so there was no bugs. The owners were very responsive and helpful, gave us a lot's of great recommendation. We are definitely coming back next year. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Absolutely wonderful place
Absolutely wonderful place, great price point with amenities. Recently renovated property with heated pool which was amazing for my daughter and grandma. We loved the location since we were close to all the stores and beach was only 10 minutes away. Loved catching pool days and sunset at the beach. Will be back again for sure and will stay at this amazing home. Thank you

Home away from Home!!
The house felt like a home away from home. While enjoying the new house, it felt like home. Walking into the house, we smelt fresh scent and the décor of the house is pleasant. The kids loved the heated pool. The pool is not too deep but provides areas for kids to stand as well. They would jump in the early mornings and have their last dip before bed. The inflatables and googles that were provided gave them great joy.
We loved how this house is furnished with essentials like soap, sponges, electric kettle, grill, and toiletries. Allowing us to freely cook needed meals and clean up.
Access to the bikes and beach supplies (like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys. removed the need for us brining these supplies.
The distance to the beach was only 11 minutes. But staying inland, allowed us to checkout other beaches as well (due to the red tide). The house is also close to grocery stores and other venues, reducing any travel time to get any additional items.
Overall, we loved the house and would consider renting it out again in the future.
