This place had everything we needed and more. Clean, tidy and comfortable. I loved the shower and the bed was comfy too. Great value for money!

The stairs are rather steep and narrow which can be tricky to manage for some older people.

Great location, clean and tidy, had more than we needed fully equipped house. Gemma was accommodating in having early entry. (Still there cleaning). We loved our stay thanks so much 😁

the single bed in the 2nd bedroom was dreadful. it is very old, sunken in the middle and feels unstable to sleep on. needs replacing. bedroom windows are very mouldy. sloping ceiling in bathroom means it’s very awkward to use the vanity and mirror. main bedroom needs better lighting.

Nice spacious unit with everything you could possibly need including outdoor seating areas with private garden. Comfortable bed.

Steep narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms which were quite difficult to carry suitcases up and down.

Great range of cereal, coffee, tea etc. Very close to all that we required. 10min walk to Pak'nsave. 10min walk to the sports venue down the road. Pizza place across the road and service station within a short distance for extra bits and pieces

The stairs were ok for us, but would possibly be a challenge for elders or our own parents.

Clean, tidy, everything provided we needed. We came to visit sick family member and only slept at the Villa. We were away directly after breakfast and returned at night around 10.30pm

Would’ve been nice to meet the host but spoke to the neighbour and he assured as we would love our stay, and we did.

Basically the place is very good and nice. The location is very strategic as it is closed to the mall and supermarket. The only thing to be considered is the price.

Close to town, excellent facilities, nice and warm, well equipped, nice decor.

This place was more than what I expected. Warm and very functional. Love the fact of two toilets and one being down stairs. Excellent water pressure! Traffic noise was minimal. Easy walk to the Mall.

I like the accommodation that have great facilities, so we can feel like at home. I also like the location that is close to supermarket. This is a good accommodation.

There is only one thing. To get in and out from the gate is a bit challenging because of traffic. However, we can still manage this issue as we are familiar with the town.

Host was extremely accommodating, lovely warm space with plenty of room. Beds were really comfortable. We will definitely book again next time we are in Palmerston North
