2 things that may affect me staying again. The first is not being able to pay bill with cash and the second is the $50 incidental hold charge.

Clean, modern and up to date

Room was spacious and a/c would get nice and cold. Water was hot but not real good pressure as it is more of a rain head shower.

Breakfast had alot to be desired as a hot meal in my mind. Had a sausage link warming on a hit dog roller some not so fresh bisquets and some gravy.. Don't like that there is not vending machines and they make you have to buy product from them. So therefore the price is inflated. They also go ahead and charge u $50 dollars judt in case u want something from them.. DID NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL! Don't charge me for something I haven't even got yet and in my case would not buy with inflated prices they put on there. Room wasn't real clean. We knew there was a long haired person with black hair as it was stuck to shower walls and in one of our beds..

This a an ultra modern newish hotel in the downtown area of Enid. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.

I traveled all day to arrive and upon arrival was told to come back at 3 pm for check-in. Grant it I was early by two hours, my bad, also the change in time zones put me there earlier than I expected. I was abruptly told that check in was not until 3 pm and I would have to return then. Now I get it, I travel weekly all over the US and stay in hotels 30 plus weeks a year. If the hotel was packed or very small this behavior is understandable. but this is a modest size facility and on the night of my check in there were only a dozen or so cars in the parking lot. In other words not a full house. Poor customer service to one trying the new brand for the first time. Be aware!
