First a review of the positives! Rooms were clean, bathroom was spacious, we loved the recliner in the room and the full length mirror was a nice touch. Now the cons, it was located towards the end of the “Strip” where most of the restaurants were but the biggest con was how unfriendly the front desk night clerk (Elaine) was. We had an issue with our reservation when checking in and were shocked at her unwillingness to attempt to help us resolve the issue or contact someone who could help. She just kept saying, I don’t know how that works just call my manager on Monday vs trying to resolve it. Her lack of empathy was astonishing. So sad that interaction took what would have been a 5 star down to a 3 star. Staff matters.

We were in town for a weekend competition & had several members of a team staying at the same place to keep the girls together. Upon arrival we were told 2 of the families did NOT have a room because the people staying there previously had decided to stay longer. This property is super clean and the mini kitchen in each room is so nice! I do wish they offered housekeeping more than once a week and that you didn’t have to go down to the front desk to get new towels every time.

Was able to stay the length i needed and it was close to where i was working and places to eat and shopping. Liked the free washers and dryers. The only thing was i was there 7 days before i had to ask for them to clean my room. But other then that i would recommend it to anyone great place.
