Perfect for larger families coming for Marine graduation

The house was as described and pictured, no surprises. The location is unbeatable! The beach, Pacific Beach shopping, restaurants and night life a block away. A well maintained and furnished home that was quiet in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts that were responsive. Ample parking. An overall phenomenal weekend for our family gathering.

This property was awesome! Very easy to get to from the airport, easy to check in, the host was very on point with the communication, and very clean. Only a two minute walk to the beach, plus, this property is completely surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. If you want the perfect place to stay in Pacific Beach, this property will not disappoint!

Six adults and one toddler. Plenty of space as long as you aren’t planning to stay inside all day. Excellent communication from host. Very friendly and accommodating. The property was really clean on arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances large and small, dinnerware, pots, pans, really everything you need to cook full meals. Comfortable beds. Five minute walk from Pacific Beach. Lots of shopping, food. Close to airport, SeaWorld, downtown. Lots to love about this place, nothing to complain about. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time here! Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you Mia for being so responsive! We rented a car at the airport only to find out we really didn't need it. EVERYTHING is with in walking distance from the house. The beach, amazing restaurants, shops and dessert places! We could have just ubered to the zoo and back and forth to the airport. The teens loved having their own bedrooms with TV's and the living/dining room easily accommodated all 6 of us. Everything was clean and tidy too! A great time was had by all!

Property was prefect for a mini vacation. The location was close to everything including the beach. Check in and check out was very easy and the house had everything. I would rent again. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is amazing! The location is amazing. It has everything you need within walking distance. The house is very spacious and accommodating. Very clean!! The host communicates effectively!

This property is a must for walkability around town. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. Quick response from host with questions, clear check in and check out instructions. Flexibility of host to be able to check in early. I would definitely stay again!!

This property was the perfect place for my family reunion — including our 3 children and their spouses. A very comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and master bedroom on the top floor, with 3 1/2 bathrooms, satisfied all our needs. That plus outdoor spaces and awesome location just 2 blocks from the water! Hard to beat value.

location is right next to all the bars and restaurants in pacific beach and only a short walk to the beach. space was just what we needed for a friends trip.

Easy and quick in terms of communication and process. Location was as stated with no surprises. The garage is a tandem but it was spelled out in booking so no issues there. Overall I’d come back, but hopefully to better weather (no fault of the rental property!)

Perfect location and great separation of sleeping rooms from social areas. Location was great with easy walking to restaurants/beach. Property manager checked in on us to ensure comfort/satisfaction along the way.

Pros: *EXCELLENT communication with the owner, and his assistant, Aaron, who responded immediately during our stay to texts with questions or minimal issues, including immediately arranging a handyman for some small issues (lightbulbs, slow sink) which we suggested be addressed before the next guests arrived. Check in/Check out info was clear and check out requirements were minimal. *FANTASTIC location! 1.5 blocks from the ocean, beach, and TONS of restaurants including the iconic Konos Café, walkable to many shops including CVS and Ralph’s, and within a very safe-feeling area. We had terrible weather while we were there (atmospheric river/bomb cyclone) and the proximity to everything was very helpful. I can only imagine how pleasurable it would be in good, California weather! *INCLUDED parking. The garage around back is very narrow, but we were able to park a Chrysler Pacifica. Additionally, there is street parking, though it does tend to fill up. *THOROUGHLY cleaned and sanitized, as the temporary, slight residual scent would attest, with attention paid to every nook and corner. *WELL APPOINTED. Our family of 5 adults was quite comfortable gathering in the living area where we appreciated the provided throw blankets, ate and played provided games around the dining table, and found all the basics plus extras in the kitchen. We really appreciated the fridge with built in water/ice maker. Bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, decent toilet paper (a small but significant detail) and nice and abundant towels. Sheets and bedding were comfortable (we did find the pillows a bit flat for our personal preference) and the owner has the presence of mind to use unscented laundry detergent. Of Note: * The home is very vertical. There are two sets of stairs between each of three levels. If you are staying in the main suite with the connected separate shower and soaking tub, you will need to climb 4 sets of stairs. *Though you cannot hear what is happening in the living room from the top floor, some sound does travel to the bedrooms on the second floor. *The home includes a small, enclosed patio and two balconies but no other outdoor space…but who needs it! You are 1.5 blocks from the beach!!! Cons: I can’t really think of any. The home is beautiful and in a spectacular location, and the hosts are amazing. If you are considering this rental and it is available, reserve it now! You will be so happy that you did!

The location has excellent proximity to the beach and the restaurants. The home is super comfortable for 6 people for both dining in and bedroom space. We will definitely try and stay here again if it’s not booked up! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We stayed while golfing in the San Diego area. It is a perfect setup for our group of 4 with the four bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. We loved the location where there are many restaurants and sports bars within an easy walking distance. The unit is exactly as described, in very good condition with everything you need.

My family and I had a Great Time here in Pacific Beach. The place was a great size in an awesome location! It’s a block away from the beach and Kono Coffee is right there at the beach. Made for great mornings. Aaron was very helpful when needed. Would definitely go back to this Verbo Rental.

We chose the property because we had four of our adult children staying in one house that have not seen each other in many years. We wanted to make sure all had their own private space if they needed it. Each child had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was clean, comfortable, and close to our other family members staying on Crystal Pier. It fit our needs perfectly.

We booked this place for a family vacation to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday. There were six adults and three kiddos (3yrs, 2yrs, and 11mos). The place was perfect for us. plenty of space to all be together on the first floor and very comfortable sleeping arrangements on the second and third floors. Just because our kids are obsessed with stairs at the moment, we did bring baby gates. Love having the grocery store and CVS two blocks away and yummy food options in walking distance. We ate at Dirty Birds, Theos Hot Pizza, Biggie's Burgers, Cold Stone, and (my favorite) Harry's Taco Club. Being so close to the beach, it made it easy to go back and forth when needed. We also took advantage as to how close we are to the San Diego Zoo! Overall, a wonderful trip and trying to figure out how to make it an annual thing! We'll be back again!
