Breakfast had a great selection, though mainly sweet options or cold meat/cheese. The location was great and hotel very clean. Bar area and seating outside was lovely and drinks are charged to rooms rather than paid there and then.

Bedroom was adequate, though fridge was too old to be functional at all. Bathroom was big but a very small shower in the corner of which only the small shower head worked, despite half the shower being taken up by various shower heads. No shelf in shower either so had to open the shower door to reach toiletries (I am a size 8 so not asking for much to fit into the shower!!)

Great location close to the central bar street and neat restaurants around. Parking around the area is very hard to find, and the garage fills out quickly. Better if you don't have a car. Overall value for money, but would probably recommend spending a bit more on one of the many other hotels around Montecatini Terme

Breakfast was sufficient, tho we were amazed when the scrambled eggs that just arrived were cold. Rooms feel a bit dated and the silicon around the bath tub was full of black, I guess it was placed many decades ago.

Headboard of the bed and closet doors are stained with some sort of splatter but that didn't bother us much.

Cleaning lady came into the room several times without even knocking the door, including Sunday morning 9am, horrible breakfast, which they asked us to pay when checking out, nobody asked us if we even want the breakfast, because it is not included. I asked them every morning for non cows milk, every morning they said - it is finished, we will serve you the milk tomorrrow, the following morning they just repeated the same thing. Noisy room, uncomfy bed. Avoid this place!

The room was old furnished. No vegetables were served at breakfast.

Great central location and a charming setting. Son took full advantage of the small pool. We enjoyed sitting in the green terrace area after the heat of the day. Staff were helpful and did their best to speak English, a few words of Italian help too. The room was clean, a/c worked well, and it had a balcony. The housekeeping staff were friendly too.

We found the early/ mid century decor charming, but may not be the place for you if you want something modern and recently renovated. It did not affect us, but we saw a water leak in another part of the hotel. It appeared to be dealt with quickly.

It was in a very good location. it has a swimming pool.

The front desk staff were not all very friendly. some were lovely like the older lady, the younger gentleman made you feel like it was a hassle to help you. the breakfast staff were lovely. valma the dog at the front desk was the highlight of the stay.

The management are stupid, they don't understand technology. Trying to make us pay twice, argued for twenty minutes before he realised he was wrong. No apology and we missed our train.

The staff were very helpful and jolly. The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The breakfast was very good. 6 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to visit Pica, Florence and Luca.

The evening meal was ok but we thought there was room for improvement.nothing else bothered us.

We were happy with everything … helpful management & staff with nothing too much trouble, nice room with balcony overlooking the pool, good Wi-Fi & plentiful breakfast. For us the location was perfect, peaceful but with lots of shops, bars & activities close by & just a short walk to the station with direct trains to Pisa, Florence & Lucca etc for sight seeing further afield.
