My wife and I wanted a space just to relax and quiet time after a busy end of 2023. For early February, the weather was perfect, cool and beautify. The property location was perfect for couples. We have been to Rosemary Beach several times with family members, but this was the first time we were alone, and this property was more than perfect. One of the main reasons for the getaway was to escape the day-to-day activities back home. My wife loves baths and the only thing that was an issue was that the hot water was just warm for the bathtub. Getting the hot water for a bath would have been nice for her. Aside from that everything was perfect, and we definitely would book this spot again in the future just for my wife and I. The property parking was excellent as it had a garage and elevator to the unit. We had an amazing time, thank you!

We have stayed in this condo prior and enjoyed it… the place was clean. Only thing that stood out was the smell when you walked in.. not sure if it was too much of a deodorant used but after we opened the doors to air it out everything was fine… We would stay here again Robin

We’ve stayed several times in Rosemary Beach and this was one of the few times we were alone it overlooked the area where the coffee shop is which we really enjoyed that change. You can walk to everything. It was so nice just to go down to the coffee shop in the morning and then run back up and sit on the balconies. Everything was clean and tidy Honestly the only thing I could say as far as a negative which is such a tiny little negative but throw out the 2016 magazines lol if that’s the worst of it that’s pretty darn good thank you for a beautiful stay !!

From the time we got to the property, to the time we left it was seamless and a great experience! I've always had poor experiences with property management companies and this experience with 30a Luxury Vacations was top notch. It was clean (huge for us!), well stocked, very responsive/timely with any questions. Central to everything in Rosemary -- very walkable. We had me, my husband and our 9 mo old and the cart to the beach with our wagon was easy! Will definitely be interested in staying at this property again!

Two good size bedrooms both with an ensuite bathroom. Although one bathroom was far superior with an amazing walk in shower. The unit was exceptionally clean and had a parking garage right under the building which was awesome to have. The unit was also centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants Rosemary has to offer and is an easy 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The only negative if I had to pick was that the unti does not come with enough supplies (paper towels, dish washer fluid, toilet paper, etc.) the unit does come with one trash bag and one roll of paper towels but I’d expect it to come fully stocked but wasn’t a huge deal. All in all, between the cleanliness and location you can’t beat this unit.

Beautiful condo as pictured. Clean and well decorated. Convenient location. Kitchen is lacking some basics like salt and pepper, foil, plastic bags, hand lime juicer and cocktail shaker. The management nicely delivered 4 wine glasses on request. Will definitely return.

This is as central a location as you can get in Rosemary. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flats which is ideal. There is outdoor space from both bedrooms and living room. It is well appointed and the rental company is very responsive. The only tricky part I experienced was getting the key but you just have to follow the instruction carefully- I felt a little like Nancy Drew searching for the storage unit. I would definitely recommend and rent again. It was one of our favorites!!

We’ve stayed at Rosemary beach the last four summers renting houses. This was the first time we chose an apartment. The building is very quiet and the views from the balconies are stunning. Close to the beach and restaurants. Our one disappointment was the main bedroom bed. The sheets were not fitted and very messy as they kept popping off the corners. Easy to solve with deeper pocket sheets. I’d take my own bed linens next time.

We stayed in Barrett Square, which is right in town. The condo was nice, a few blips, but the 30A staff was prompt in handling them. Overall stay was lovely. Restaurants (La Crema, Edward’s, Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, Pescado’s) were all lovely. Kilwins (ice cream), The Sugar Shak (candy), and Charlie’s Cafe (morning treats) were all very close and in walking distance. The kids loved getting their sugar fixes daily! We rented a pontoon boat through Key Vacations (30A Pontoon rentals), and while our directions led us to an empty parking lot, and then on a wild goose chase, we finally made it to the correct location and our deckhand Kainan was awesome! The day on the water was exceptional! Overall, this vacation was a great experience, however, for those of us flying in from the North, having beach towel towels in the unit would have been nice. They took up a lot of space in our luggage. Also, having beach chairs available in the unit would also have been nice. Instead, we had to rent beach chairs which were very pricey. Being a beach house owner ourselves, these little perks make all the difference in the world to renters. Loved Rosemary Beach and would definitely go back.

The condo was just like the photos and in the middle of a lot of action in town. We had a couple maintenance issues during our stay but they were handled very well by the property manager. Very impressed with response.

We had a lovely stay here. The condo is just as pictured, super clean and very nice. We found the elevator codes and check in process a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out all was easy and smooth. Great condo, very centrally located.

The condo was perfect for our stay at Rosemary Beach. It was spotless upon arrival and the check-in (even after business hours) was easy. The location was great - easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a small issue with WiFi, but it was resolved immediately, again after work hours. Great place!
