Great outdoor spaces that were private. Nice shared pool with lots of varied seating areas.

There was far too much clutter for a holiday home. I really struggled to find a space to set things down particularly in the kitchen. Who needs a cake stand on their holidays? It felt like I was staying in someone’s home as opposed to a holiday let.

the place is quite hard to find and our taxi driver got lost despite a google pin location given by wonderful Italy. We were met by their friendly team who kindly bought us some milk on request for the baby which was so kind. We stayed in the 3 bed apartment which was beautifully decorated and was gorgeous. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped...apart from we could have done with more bowls and the large cafeteria was broken. The air con kept the place cool and didn't give you a sore throat which was a bonus. The location was excellent for Ostuni and we hired a car to get around to see the sights. the apartment has beautiful sea views and lots of trees so MOSQUITO spray is a must.

The 2 umbrellas were broken by the pool and near the table so there was no shade which wasn't great for the kids in the Italian heatwave. We did tell wonderful Italy who told the owners but we didn't hear back from them.

It was self catering. We stayed in the Mediterranea which was large and airy our friends stayed in a couple of the other properties on site which were smaller than expected. It was a five min walk to supermarket and a 10min walk to beautiful Ostuni town which was great. Any problems were resolved by Wonderful Italy immediately.

We could have done with more towels.

Lovely, quiet location in easy reach of the centre.

Nothing

nothing…. totally oversold with phots of other units. The one we were offered was “glamping” plain and simple. Totally inadequate for two adults unless you’re both 4’-11” …. you could not stand up in the shower. we left after one night as my wife was claustrophobic…. and not a word from the Management of this property or offer of a refund. Buyer beware!!!!…. DO NOT BOOK unless you take the ability to cancel.

Location was excellent. Within a short walk of town square, large supermarket and a multitude of restaurants and bars. The relais had a calm serene air about it. It is absolutely a perfect base to relax and unwind

Lighting around the premises could be better at night, the path is quite uneven

The Trulli was fantastic and stayed cool inside despite very hot weather outside. The pool was lovely and clean and the view over the trees and towards the sea was magnificent.
