The staff was nice
My first room had mold on the lampshade and smelled of mildew. So I showed a picture to the staff and they assigned me another but that room had a couch with white residue stains, and the walls were beat up and there was yellow paint on the carpet.

The room - Mattresses were hard, AC wasn't fully functional, the toilet was loose, the shower head was clogged, very little water was coming out, and TV Remote did not work. Coffee maker did not function as well. For a newer hotel, this was unexpected

The whole place stinks, the hallways and elevator smell like used petroleum products and my room smelled like mildew laundry. Toilet was not clean and there were crumbs all over the carpet

My room smelled like strong powder.
Not sure if it was an air filter or if it had been a spray...but even after a few hours, it was still strong.
Also I wish the coffee bar was available anytime. I would have LOVED a fresh cup to take up to my room at check-in!

The room didn’t have enough towels & shampoo for 3 people so we had to go down to the lobby to get some. The bedding wasn’t the same on the two beds.
