Otelin sadece konumu iyiydi,merkezde olmasi avantaj oldu.
Otel calisanlari cok kabaydı,guleryuzlu ve yardimsever degildi.Soru sordugumuz durumlarda aciklayici cevaplar alamadik.Otelin konumu ve denize yakin olmasi sebebiyle bu oteli sectik ama verdikleri oda berbattı.Odalar temiz degildi.Konfor hic yoktu.Oda karti calismiyordu.Odamizi degistirmek istedik degistirmediler.

Location is best and very close to everything. Breakfast is good but I prefer More vegetables and fruits.
My family room 107-108 has no sea view no land view. It’s like a quarantine room. We can’t see anything from room. Because of climate conditions between 14:00 and 18:00 you have to be siesta time and we were our prison room.

The location is very good, right next to the ferry port. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is sufficient. It is a quiet hotel with a very nice view.
The curtains in the shower cabin are very old fashioned, I think they should be changed.

I gifted a holiday to my parents, and they left the hotel very happy. They found the location, breakfast and the staff were amazing. The view from the room is fascinating.

Good location, and amability of the staff at the reception. A good hearty breakfast, fairly priced at the time of our visit. Great view to the Port, close to the ferries that can leave at very early times, nice small walking distance to the centre and to the museam of the city.
This hotel, has remained in the past, offering services and amenities of the 70s. It needs full renovation to reach the standards it should

I wish facilities were provided for making tea / coffee in the room and to have easy access to boiled water especially during the winter season.

Large, quiet room with high ceilings. Comfy beds. Plenty of hangers in the closet. Great view from the balcony. Breakfast is ok. Very convenient to the ferries. Helpful staff. Spent 2 nights on arrival in Lesvos and liked it so much that we booked again for our last night on Lesvos before taking the ferry to Piraeus. They kindly held one of our bags for us during the 8 days we toured the island.
Some may find the decor/furnishings dated, but we were mostly concerned with comfort. The bathrooms, in particular the showers, could use an update.

The situation is very good: just in the city centre. I have a nice view to the sea from my balcony. The hotel looks fine outside. The staff was funny and helpful, and they helped me to find a pharmacy and get a taxi. Room was clean and nice.
The breakfast was quite big but boring and not so tempting. My toilet was making a loud noise, there was something wrong with tubing.

Honestly it’s the ONLY place I ever stay at when I’m visiting Lesvos for my humanitarian work - the staff are unbelievably helpful and always go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Just such a friendly vibe and always made to feel so so welcome! Cannot fault this lovely hotel in any way - an absolute gem and fantastic asset to this beautiful island.

The hotel overlooks the port and has foot-distance access to everything important in the city. The staff is as friendly as it gets. Clean rooms, fresh bedsheet and a decent breakfast.

The hotel is ideally situated for the harbour & the centre of town. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
