Posizione buona, supermercato, bar e fermata bus sotto la struttura, bella la vista, arredi abbastanza nuovi, dimensione della stanza molto comoda.

Pulizia da migliorare, cambio asciugamani un pò a casaccio, molti elementi mancanti in cucina, a partire dalle posate... Lavatrici sporche ubicate nella stanza lavanderia, e ovviamente assenza di stendino e mollette. Poco rapidi nelle richieste degli ospiti, nonostante il preavviso, abbiamo ricevuto il lettino per il bimbo la sera successiva. Consigliato magari per soggiorni brevi.

We had a room on the first floor which means the balcony was just above the main road, it was incredibly noisy especially at night and we had no privacy at all as we were literally a few meters away from people passing by on the street or waiting at the bus stop. We couldn’t use the balcony at all and that was one of the main feature that made me choose this place. We barely slept because of the traffic, windows were definitely not soundproofed. In the bathroom the toilet was completely against the wall and so close to the sink. We had to seat sideways to use it, it’s ridiculous! We also got a key for the room as the keypad wasn’t working. We realised that it was the same for the front door as we saw people coming in without typing any code! Our room was right in front of the front door and that made us feel unsafe. And finally, the fact that the property didn’t provide the airport shuttle service even though it’s clearly mentioned on the website. We were there as a birthday trip for my partner and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we had abroad. I sent a message to the property but haven’t heard back from them hence the review now.

When cleaning the only thing that seemed to have been done was the bed that was made.

The property was very spacious and was very well resourced. The kitchen had a lot of different utensils and equipment. The check-in process was really easy and communication via booking.com was quick and helpful. We were offered a later check out and this was really helpful.

We booked a double room and we were given two single beds with a sheet over them. This meant that throughout the night, they came apart and disrupted our sleep. We also needed to clean the bath as it was dirty.

The terrace view was amazing, amenities were great and the staff, especially yovanka (sorry if spelt wrong) were so attentive and lovely throughout the stay

After 2/5 days we were staying there we decided that the room may need a tidy - nothing drastic just maybe new bed sheets and towels - we put the sign on the door to say we would like it cleaned to then find in the handbook given to us in the room that it would be €50 for a clean of the room and €10 for clean towels which we personally thought, after all the money we spent on said room was a bit steep and would expect atleast one clean during the stay to be included (again not a full clean just fresh bedding and towels we would’ve even changed the bed sheets ourselves)

Check in 15:00, но номер был не готов , не убран после предыдущих жильцов, После дороги и перелета не было возможности отдохнуть , еще 3 часа ждали уборку , полотенец , постельное белье , Пытались связаться со службой поддержки, но так и не получили ответа , После уборки , которую делали на наших глазах , осталась пыль , песок на полу , В ванной много плесени , Регион с высокой влажностью, но с плесенью никак не борются , видно , что это многолетние наросты плесени , Если у вас аллергия или проблемы с дыханием /астма , будьте аккуратнее

The air con was not working, and the shower situation in the one bedroom

We were at 5th floor and the seaview was amazing!!! In June we always found very close free park down the street.

The room is a bit small for 2 adults and a two years old baby with his crib. The pictures I saw when I booked by booking.com differ from real room. Maybe they refer to the penthouse at 6th floor. When we arrived, we didn't find the crib in the room and the communication with the staff was not easy at the beginning but it was better during our stay
