The location is excellent.

En-suite bathroom is just too small. The wash basin is built above the wc and is just not usable and one cannot even sit straight on the wc.

The palace is superb. We had Apt B1 so had a south facing view - had the doors open to enjoy the sun and fresh air. Great living space and modern kitchen. For the money you'd be hard to find a hotel as spacious and modern. For me by far the best stay I've had in Brighton and having lived there this is on par with a top end apartment. (obviously only have the doors open on sunny and windy free day). I If I want to be really picky it could do with a blue tooth speaker but hey the TV is free view so shut up complaining man!!!

Would be great to have some shower gel in bathroom (I forgot mine). Also didn't like the fact I had to go home and I couldn't stay longer, and I didn't have anyone to feed me grapes and wine whilst I lazed on the sofa.

The location is great, there is a sainsburys across the street and super drug right next door. Had everything you might need amenity wise. The sofa beds were super comfortable. We were in apartment 1E and it was even a bit out of the way of the other apartments which was great so didn't hear any footsteps except from people upstairs. All in all its a great little apartment more than enough for a weekend away. It's great that the key can stay outside the room as well, there was no chance of losing it and all of us can come and go as we please.

Found crumbs in the sofas and hair here and there, some cutlery was not cleaned well but otherwise clean. Another floor length mirror in the lounge area would be great as four people getting ready with one mirror we struggled haha! Also the shower door wouldn't close and the shower is TINY. Struggled with the address and getting food delivered but I think that was us being unsure about the address. Also on Saturday morning the window cleaner came by making all sorts of noises. It was 8.30 so not that bad but for the weekend it was annoying.
