Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Was perfect for our one night stay.

There was some dificulty finding the correct apartment (possibly due to language barrier). It would have been helpful for the property to be labeled LG Seaview on the door bell.

Location, great size bedrooms and view

Floors not super clean and lack of aircon and or fans available considering the location is a bit unexpected

The apartment is located just in front of the beach and it also has a balcony facing it. The place is huge and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are many facilities in the kitchen that can be used and big living room space. The owners were super responsive and very accommodating when we asked last minute if it's possible to add an additional day (which we didn't need to at the end, but they were really helpful in any case).

The day before the check-in 150 EUR deposit is taken from your bank account directly. This is a bit unfortunate but I suppose it's necessary for them to be safe in case anything happens while they have guests. However, the deposit was returned to my account the day after we left.

The host isn’t that good with English, it was little fussy in the beginning, especially when I couldn’t get the train from Barcelona centre to Calafell, and my phone was almost dead after the flight, which they must arrange someone to wait for me in the late night time or i’d be left alone on the street with no help. However, the old lady who keeps the key did wait for me, and communicated with my driver, everything turned out okay. She also offered me food and drinks of hers (because nothing was opening in midnight around Calafell), warm warm lady! Besides, the room is super clean and cozy, even the living room, balcony and bathroom are shared with other travellers. Balcony was definitely the spot i’d highlight, so beautiful and relaxing to just sit and chill there! View was awsome! Literally 10sec walk to the Calaefell beach, the widest beach i have ever seem. Basically it’s a place for you if you want to relax and enjoy the beach and bar/restaurant of Spanish food and seafood. Nice spot for peaceful retreat!

Room i booked is with shared bathroom, balcony and living room, which I didn’t seem to see from their informations. I only realised when i arrived. The communication was a little difficult, especially in calls verbally. But things got ok when we did text.

Location to beach and restaurants. Quiet nights.
