寝るスペースは良かった！

Friendly and helpful international staff. Always ready to give recommendations. The common area was big and accommodates various needs, cooking, workshop table to work, lounging. Common bathroom was always clean with amenities. The included breakfast was also a plus. And right outside a subway exit with a convenience store just a couple of steps.

特に思いあたりません

The location is really nice, if you are taking the train the entrance is right in front of the hostel. However it is a exit with only stairs just so low-mobility guests are aware, I’m not too sure if the station has an elevator just at a different entrance. I also really enjoyed the lounge space on the 5th floor, it’s pretty large with lots of seating and the kitchen has all the equipment needed. It’s also located right across the street from the Fukuoka castle ruins and about a 15-20minutes walk to Terumo shrine. The breakfast that is included is pretty small but it worked really well for me in the morning (toast, yogurt and coffee/tea), just remember that it ends at 10am. If you miss the breakfast time there is a ministop right beside or a 7-eleven that’s like a minute walk away. There is the coffee shop “Coffee Maker” located in the hostel lobby, I really enjoyed their caramel latte and their hazelnut latte. The bed was super comfortable and I really enjoyed my little capsule bunk bed. I also love that the curtains blocked all the light coming into my little capsule. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the city.

スタッフがとても親切でした。 ベッドは清潔で寝心地がよかったです。 立地が良い！駅のすぐそばでわかりやすいし、コンビニも近く便利。観光のアクセスが○

確認メールが数回届きますが、内容がわかりにくかったです。 夜は共同スペース(トイレ、シャワーなど)が不衛生とまではいきませんが、散らかっていました。施設側の問題ではなく宿泊者のマナーの問題だと思いますが。 土曜日だった為宿泊費が高く、設備、サービスの割に高価に感じました。

事前チェックインでとても楽でした。

PODに宿泊しましたが，中が少し暗いのが不便と感じました。
