Location is not so far from the water.
Location is verry close to the road and you cannot stay during the night with the window open because of the traffic noise

Very bad smell in the apartment. Poor furniture and appliances, wobbly water faucets, mold in the shower, clogged drains.
Loud, probably malfunctioning refrigerator that could not be turned off because the electrical socket not attached and not safe.
Even disposable shampoo tubes already used or filled...

Pool is awesome, but beach is very close. Also, it’s in the proximity from Dubrovnik so we traveled almost every day and free parking was a nice addition to our stay.

the location is peaceful and relaxed , at the same time it's still a few mins drive from the old town. the facilities are excellent and accessible thru out stay. it offers a very reasonable rate , the staff are super friendly and food is served to our
liking and preference . it is ideal to different age groups !

Good location, close to Dubrovnik, beautiful view, delicious food, nice small hotel with own swimming pool. Very professional, nice and friendly staff 2 waiters (2 mans don't remember their names) 😀
Only one air conditioner for the apartment with one bedroom. Should be two of them for each room when outside is 35 degrees.

You can go the one beach near (20 min by walk) very quiet and romantic.
Next to Dubrovnik (20 min by car)
The breakfast is not suedish buffet, it exist a menu and the staff bring to you the order.
To get to the room you have to go through the restaurant every time. I don't like that. There must be a separate entrance.
Close to the location, there are 2 poor stores to buy food.

Great location, only 25 minutes from Dubrovnik. Sea view room has an actual sea view there's no catch there, very friendly and professional staff and good food.
The only thing I would suggest is maybe putting usb sockets somewhere in the room for charging phones etc. It's much simpler for guests to just bring a USB cable with them than chargers and adapters and such.

It was a bit noisy as it was facing the main street. Breakfast was basic and not much to choose from.
