Excellent facilities - really well maintained throughout

The villa was modern new and well equipped. We loved the outside Ares as well and ofcourse the pool. With additional costs the pool was heated which was very nice for the kids. The staff was very friendly and responded very quickly. Lots of supermarkets nearby and also the harbour with restaurants.

There had been some miscommunication so the day that we had cleaning and we had left the place for that reason, but there hadn’t been cleaned.

This property was excellent. The villa is superb. So much space in every room and the outside space was fantastic. The location was excellent, about a 5 minute easy walk to the marina and about 20 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca.

Maybe a few more wine glasses :)

The second you turn up you’re taken back by the villa. it’s stunning and well set close to the town. The owner was brilliant start to finish with great friendly and informative communication. The villa was absolutely incredible. Spacious, clean and pretty sound proof. I’m still smiling about it. It has all the amenities you need and three large rooms with showers. The pool area was a great size with everything you need, including a proper bbq. The lounge and kitchen was huge and a perfect space for all the family. Location of the villa was great. You’re a short walk to the town, circa 8-10 mins but if you don’t have kids there are electric scooters you can rent all over the place. When you reach the bottom of the road there is a shopping mall, great shops and then you can go left for the restaurants or right to the beaches. All I can say is you definitely will not be disappointed.

There really isn’t a great deal wrong with the property. There was some dogs in the street that occasionally barked but to be honest the villa was so sound proof you barely heard them.
