Our run was nice

Our toilet didn't flush and the customer service eventually sent up a plunger but didn't help with the problem

The beds were comfortable.

At one point both elevators were out of service so we had to use the stairs. At no point during my visit were both elevators functional. Did not offer continental breakfast or coffee. Had to take cold showers. I would not return to this facility.

More breakfast options. Thought the restaurant breakfast was a little high in price! We didn’t eat it, because the website said $25 per person per night. That is too high for breakfast.

The staff for the most part was friendly. The waitress on the HGI side was good. She went to the other breakfast (free side) to get us a bagel because we did not get the right one and offered to get our daughter something from the other side because there wasn't any "kid friendly" things on the menu. She was the best part of the experience.

The pool was unenjoyable because of the temperature, it honestly felt like ice water and was uncomfortable to get in. On top of that we had requested a tub and late check out... Our room had no tub and the staff could not accommodate that because the rooms had been assigned, we had to wait to check in because the room wasn't ready for us though. We asked for late check out because our flight was not until that evening I was expecting an couple hours at least, instead we got an extra half hour and they started knocking as soon as it hit 1130. The breakfast selection was not great. The prices were a little high. Would have preferred eating on the TRU side instead of the HGI side. We had to get food from the free side so I didn't understand why we couldn't have just eaten over there.

Housekeeping By Request only is new to me. The desk clerk said that it was online but I didn't notice that when I booked the hotel. We were not happy about that.

the room itself was nice and comfortable.

the walls and floors were so thin that I was kept up most of the night by what was on the floor above me. It was so persistent that it almost sounds like maintenance work.

Beautiful- convenient! let us check in early.

Bed was hard

Price quoted is very misleading.

Location was wonderful. Bathroom was wonderful.

Pillows were flat. Very noisy

The area and cleanliness was exceptional.
