Very good breakfast.

Room was so spacious, loved the full sized fridge/ freezer

The room was exceptional! I was shocked to see a full fridge! The room, hallways, and lobby area was so clean and the staff was incredibly friendly!

The bed was too firm for my liking.

Breakfast limited but Coffee was great. Room safe was out of action due to previous customer closing the door. Staff not keen on fixing coz it would involve expense of calling someone out to fix.

The manager made me uncomfortable, I am an Asian from Texas, but you can sense when he said "Oh you are from Texas, ugh ! ". was the most uncomfortable feeling I have ever had checking into a hotel. I am very surprised he has a job, there is no room in this world for that obvious prejudice, I travel all the time, and I am a grandpa. I believe all people should be treated equally, regardless of ethnicity and state you are from. Such a shame, beautiful hotel but I guess he represents the New Home 2 Suites by Hilton environment.
