This place was the perfect place for our bachelorette get away. Dock access, plenty of beds, and super clean! The place was perfect and the checkin process was easy as well. Highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful home with lake access. We will booking again!

We spent most of are stay on the patio or the dock. It accommodated the twelve of us and gave us room to spread out. There is a lot of stairs. But there are manageable. The house is very comfortable. The only down fall is the stairs. They very steep. We went outside and around the house to get to the lower level of the house. The floors up stairs are very squeaky. But the house had everything you could need. We would rent the house again.

The property is in a wonderful location close to several amenities in Osage Beach. It was very clean and has an excellent location to hang out by the water. Margie was a great host and great to work with. We definitely recommend this spot for your Lake of the Ozark needs!

We had a blast staying at Margie and Rick’s home for a girls weekend! The pictures of the listing don’t do it justice - the space is perfect for a large group. We never felt too cramped, even being a group of 12! Margie provided great recommendations and was easy to contact. I can’t recommend enough.

I came with a group of girls for a Bach trip! We all had a blast and loved this house. There is so much outdoor space with a screened in porch, outdoor porch, plus the dock! I think we collectively agreed the day we spent lounging out on the dock and playing in the lake, using the floaters was the best day! The house is right on a cove so it was very peaceful and private. Everything was comfortable and the house will equipped with everything we needed! Any concerns or questions that popped up were responding to quickly and efficiently! The little street and driveway was a little tricky to maneuver in some older and low riding cars as it is a deep layer of gravel but it was still manageable! We had an awesome time and I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The outdoor area was the greatest draw on this house and it did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed the use of the dock, kayaks, paddleboard, jump platform, and lilly pad. There were a couple swings on the dock too that the kids enjoyed. The water in the cove was clean and great for swimming. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of dishes, cookware and misc. The beds were comfortable enough. No complaints. Our only real negative experience was the short road leading up to the house and the driveway. There had been some washout with recent rains that left the gravel road with gulleys that caused some complications with the cars that sat low to the ground. Margie, the owner, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Location, House, and Amenities were spot on for our group. We were looking for a place where the house was the focus, and Margie's home delivered. House was clean, stocked with essentials, beautiful lake view, and cozy places to sleep. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio or relaxing in the lake. 5 min walk to Backwater Jacks if you're looking for a bar scene, but we pretty much stayed at the house. Would book here again for sure!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home on the lake! The cove was quiet and we really appreciated all of the included activities (paddle board, kayaks, float mat, and diving platform). The kitchen was well stocked and the home contained a lot of extra items for our use. Margie is a great communicator and responded immediately to our needs. The stairs to the basement are very steep, so please keep that in mind if you are traveling with any elderly guests or individuals with mobility issues (our teens ran them quickly without hesitation). Our family loved our time there and would definitely book again!

This lake house was perfect for our family vacation at the Lake of the Ozark's. Plenty of room for our family and gorgeous views of the lake. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions we had.

I stayed at this property for my bachelorette party. well taken care of, the dock is great if you have a boat. HOWEVER. The stairs to the basement are extremely steep and unfinished. There is cameras all around the outside of the house including in the closed off porch, so if you want privacy you can’t use either porch or the dock. My friends said the beds in the basement are like sleeping on the floor, probably because they are on the floor. There was expired condiments in the fridge and expired spices in the cabinet on arrival. The neighbors further in the cove are extremely extremely extremely rude and will fly past your dock in huge boats (in a small cove) and do donuts and harass you over and over making the water really rough when you ask them to stop because “they have been there for 25 years” MY BIGGEST PROBLEM. There is cleaning tasks on the fridge. Very easy such as empty all trash cans, put used towels in the shower, run the dishwasher, all dishes out of the sink, the usual which my group did. My group of gals spent 2 hours cleaning up the majority of the mess the morning we left. Was it perfect, no because we paid a 175$ cleaning fee and I’m not a maid but it was cleaner than my house is on the daily with 3 little kids running around. The owner of this property texted me today four days later… if it’ll let me post another review I will explain more there. If not, good luck here. Your perfect trip will be ruined by the host quickly.

Location location location. Can’t beat the absolutely wonderful dock! Plenty of water toys to enjoy the sun on the water. Communication with the host was great! Looking forward to plenty more stays. Thanks so much.

Great place to stay, this place had everything you would absolutely need. Margie was so accommodating. The decor was wonderful and felt like home. Outdoor activities were plentiful and nice fire in the evenings ended the day . Beds were soft and cozy, plenty of towels for your stay and kitchen was very well equipped. Location in the cove is excellent and got you away for the busy Main channel. Just a quick walk away from Backwater Jack's! Highly recommend staying here.

Our group of girlfriends had the absolute best time at this home! There are almost too many things to highlight. - our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out - the kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook all of our meals at home - easily the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in - just as darling in person as it is in the photos - the DOCK! We spent all of our nights out on the brand new dock watching the sunset - quiet cove off of the main channel makes for calm waters but easy access to bars/restaurants/grocery stores Can’t recommend this property enough! Already trying to find a weekend next summer to stay here again.

This house was a great spot for our girls' get-a-way weekend at the lake! Very cute house right on the water with a nice big dock to hang out on! The driveway to the house is pretty steep but worth it for the stay. Margie was great and very easy to communicate with, and quick to respond.

Had a group of 11 gals for a girls weekend and this place was amazing! Margie was a great host and very responsive. The house is in a great location! Right on the lake with private dock access and short walk to Backwater Jacks! We seriously had the best weekend. Would definitely recommend booking this property.

Only bad thing I have to say is the driveway is not for the faint of heart…but that is at no fault of the owners and par for the course for a house at the Ozarks! Overall it was a great stay and Margie was super responsive!!!

Perfect location- calm cove, awesome dock and such a cute home.

We had a terrific time at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. All of the lake toys (kayaks, paddle board and paddle boat) kept everyone busy. The dive platform was a blast for the big kids and the little kids. The house was very comfortable and worked well for our group of 4 adults, six teenagers and one 6 year old. We all had a fun and relaxing time. It was perfect!

Very clean, well stocked and responsive owner. We stayed here for almost a week. The house is very clean and it has everything you could need. Our kids were never board on the dock with the Lilly pad, jumping platform, swings, paddle boat and kayaks. The kids thought the bunk room was fun. It was nice to have a family room up and downstairs so adults and kids could do their own thing for evening tv watching. Yes the driveway is steep but totally doable, after going up and down 1-2 times, it wasn't a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend!

Our girl's trip of 6 ladies spent the night in this beautiful home to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. What a fantastic location! It was obvious from the moment we walked through the doors that Margie and Rick took great care in creating a rental property that would not disappoint. The décor is modern and clean, the beds/pillows comfortable, and the bathrooms/kitchen well appointed. The screened in porch was definitely a plus since the bugs can get a bit gnarly in the evening. Having laundry on site was a bonus, as was the second refrigerator on the lower level. We had a great time swimming off the dock (the water was SO warm!); the walkway to/from the house was easy to navigate and not too steep. We also rented The Hose Monkey for a day - a 12 passenger Sea Ray complete with cabin/bathroom/kitchen with Captain Loopy at the helm. Definitely a must for special occasions! Breakfasts at First Watch and Bonnies, dinners at Mama Citas, Wobbly Boots and Tucker Shuckers, day drinking at Dog Days and Backwater Jacks. Such a fun time and definitely will be back!!

The house accommodated us very well. Great location within a short walking distance to Backwater Jacks (5 minute walk). We spent a lot of time on the dock swimming, fishing and jumping off the raised portion of the dock!

The experience from this house was amazing from start to finish. Communication with the owner was so quick and polite. The house was so cute. Very modern and inviting. The screened in upper porch was a nice for the evening to keep bugs out. The bottom patio was large and had a lot of seating. That outdoor shower— AMAZING. The private, large dock was perfect for lake fun. Large box of noodles and life jackets with a large lily pad for afternoon relaxing. Very comfy beds & pillows - not those cheap pillows that go flat the second you get comfy. Kitchen was full of gadgets, pots & pans to utilize. Checkout process was so easy. The location was perfect: 1 mile to Walmart, 5-8 minutes from the strip and so easy to find right off Hwy 54. Overall an amazing experience. Only thing I would change - I needed to stay longer!!
