I chose this for its location -- a beautiful and safe neighborhood in Georgetown. I could run to Roosevelt Island in the mornings and run along the Potomac River. This is a residential stay in a beautiful home.

The owner is very nice, she explained everything at the check in. There is a washing machine in the bulding available for guestes :) Room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet.

I highly recommend to stay at this place! Lovely house, great location, communication with host was perfect. Everything you need is there and we could even use the washing machine. Easy walk to the center of Georgetown (if you like walking), or bikesharing is nearby to easily reach the hotspots of Washington DC. We didn't need our car during our stay.

The location of this place was a very good and nice area. I enjoyed the view of the Potomac River. Also, They have an nice outdoor patio overlooking the river. The parking is great.

The room is very warm with A/C running. We have the fan in the room but doesn't help much. The bed was a little uncomfortable due to its size and low for a couple.

very nice neighborhood. Lucy our host was exceptionally nice. Room was very well equipped.

Bed is a little small for 2 people, but is was OK.

Lovely find , didn’t have a car so walked to Georgetown on canal towpath took about 40 minutes Used buses from Georgetown to central D.C. nice to sit on the decking area in the evening and relax

The homeowner is cordial and detail-oriented. Her eclectic art collection is lively and interesting. Comfortable and well-appointed room. Convenient location. Free parking. Beautiful view of the Potomac River from the back deck.

great spot if you have a car or visiting around Georgetown

Amazing room with all the facilities you could ask for. Incredibly welcoming and friendly host. Located in a really nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport. Loved everything about it.

Clean, comfortable, parking, beautiful neighborhood, convenient to Georgetown. Many thoughtful perks provided by the owner. Spacious and nicely decorated. Great value for the money.

Under the flight path to National. Inside this was not a problem as we could not hear the planes. Outside in the evening the noise made it difficult to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Also, many steps to get into the house and to access the backyard.

We loved the home the minute we walked in. Our room was very tasteful and comfortable. The host was gracious and friendly. In the morning, we enjoyed the yard and view of the river. We wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. I highly recommend this lodging in a nice quiet neighborhood, while close to all of the sights in Washington DC.
