Gastvrijheid. Wij hadden aangegeven dat we naar André Rieu zouden gaan en om ca 2.00 uur terug zouden komen. Blij verrast waren we dat de deur naar de gemeenschappelijke ruimte bij terugkomst open stond en het licht gedempt brandde. Fijn om na een enerverende avond met (gratis) koffie nog even na te praten. Verder ruime parkeerplekken en prima kamer met heerlijke bedden. Rustige relatief dicht bij de snelweg naar Maastricht gelegen lokatie.

Breakfast was acceptable. Bread was specially good, freshly baked. Location is accessible and easy to find. General ambiant is good. Communal room is comfortable with ample drinks on offer, and free coffee all day long. Parking space is good which is not common in many places in Holland.

The bed is quite small for a single bed and the mattress is slightly worn out (overused). Thin walls, you can hear doors closing and the movements in adjacent rooms.

A lot of effort is made by the owners to make guests comfortable. There is free coffee and a mini bar in the lounge. The breakfast was excellent and the property is dog friendly. There is free parking on site.

Very steep stairs, but there are ground level rooms if you ask for them

Very friendly staff. Accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated. New furniture. Free parking. Breakfast was delicious. Not too far away from Roermond.

Door locks in the rooms are rather old. Difficult to use them without making any noise. Might disturb other guests especially when using the lavatory at night
