The house was perfect. We enjoyed visiting with lots of space to move around in. Lots of secure parking for all our motorcycles. Thank you.

House is an older home. Stove is very old. For some reason there were tons of flies in the house. We killed about 50. We did reach out to owners and they quickly provided us with a zapper.

Great for having a place to relax between events and activities.

This home has a ton of charm and plenty of space. I would stay here again! Lots of extra pillows and blankets, ceiling fans in the rooms and space to spread out.

This home was clean, cozy, and had ample room for our family of 6. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect house for me and my group to stay at while in Chico. Plenty of rooms and beds for a group with 3 couples and the house had everything we needed. I also want to mention that the hosts were easy to get in touch with and great communication. The house was clean, cute and we loved the outside patio for hanging out. Would 10/10 recommend.

Great house for a weekend in Chico. Conveniently close to campus, but just far enough outside the core student area to allow the grown-ups to get some sleep! Immaculate house, nice backyard, great amenities. Hope to stay again on future trips to Chico!

It was perfect

This was my first visit to Chico and staying at this property made it awesome! I needed a space with 2 full bathrooms (2 couples traveling together) and enough room for nine-month old twins and all their gear (whoa, do babies not travel light lol!). This property checked off all those things and the bonuses of a backyard and pool table were nice. We had no idea what a great location this was! So close to the freeway and easy to find but most importantly it was so easy to walk and drive into Old Downtown Chico which was where we spent most of our time when we weren’t chilling out in the house. The kitchen was very useful for warming up leftovers from a few delicious downtown Chico restaurants and it had everything we needed to prepare a simple breakfast on Sunday morning. (We made one supply run to a very close by Safeway for our breakfast ingredients and foil). Very quiet neighborhood, didn’t even hear many cars go by after 10pm. The house, furniture and fixtures are all as pictured and we had no issues with anything. Would definitely stay here again and can see it as a great homebase for NorCal adventures. The 20minute ish walk to Upper Crust bakery was a perfect Saturday morning activity!

This was a great little place, wish they had a little for pit outside for when it got cold.

The hosts were great. Easy check in and check out. Beds and bedding were comfortable. I recommend Nash's for breakfast lunch and dinner, just a short walk from the property.

Everything went smoothly. Check in process was easy, everything I needed was there. Anthony and Ava made everything feel like as if you are at home!

They had a great time! One suggestion would to have your house equipped with stuff for when the power goes out! They had the power go out from 9pm-6am then next day with nothing but phones until they died! Aswell as the air was completely shut off and windows were unable to open, other than that they had an awesome stay!!

Wish we had more time to explore, however, the home was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely recommend Anthony & Ava’s home.
