Loved everything about this house and the location.

House was very clean. Had a few maintenance issues but their response time was wonderful

The house is updated and well kept. Booking, checking in and out is so easy. Very short walk to the beach. We will be back to Leo’s Retreat!

There was nothing difficult about this stay. If we needed something, then they answered quick and efficiently. The people that came were nice and attentive and the neighbors were nice as well. Easy walk to the beach!! Lots of parking and room in the house for 15 people. No complaints about our stay. Gorgeous big windows for sunlight all around the house.

This was the second year our Conference Speaker Team reserved this home. Just like before, it was beautiful and perfectly fit our needs. Would return in the future!

My family and I enjoyed our two-night stay here. We wished we could have stayed longer. The house looked exactly like the photos online and was fully stocked, so we were able to have an early Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you!

House was located close to beach access. Fully furnished. Family had a very enjoyable vacation.

Bigger than what we expected, all my kids and their families fit there, a lot of room for big families. You have all you need in the kitchen, rooms and pool. Pool maintenance was great. So close to every thing. Easy to access. Nice parking fits all our cars. So comfortable.

Very convenient location and steps from the beach. Perfect for our extended family vacation together. A few minor things we noted at check in but quick reply and fixed a light on the deck that blew out during a storm one evening. Clean and plenty of towels for bathing even w 5 kids with us. Wish there had been glass baking dishes but we made do with what was provided. We don’t go out to eat in vacation so we loved the big kitchen and large table and island to eat at! We loved this house!

What a lovely beach house! It was the perfect place for our conference speaker team. The space was large, clean, and tasteful. We would definitely consider returning sometime in the future.

This house was a wonderful location for a friends with children get together. My only complaints were there were no outdoor beach chairs provided. The trim/ threshold in the primary bathroom bedroom was falling off and a bit of a tripping hazard. Less than the other places I’ve rented but still a bit dirty for the price point. The pool was great. Definitely would’ve needed a bigger pool for more than six adults and three children. Kitchen was well stocked despite the broken dishwasher handle. Furniture was definitely worn and dirty, bed comfy not firm. Found some beer cans upon arrival too, which is gross.

We had a really hard time finding a house that had enough beds to accommodate 4 couples. Most houses had multiple beds in one room. We wanted 4 big beds in 4 separate rooms and we found that here, plus an extra room we didn't use. However, the bed on the top floor is actually a full size and it's advertised as a queen. It wasn't quite big enough for the couple that stayed in that room. I read an earlier comment about an outdoor closet that had beach towels and wagon, etc to use on the beach. I don't know how they got into that closet, but that closet stays locked. I'm sure it's the owners closet. So do not come expecting access to that stuff. Also, we could never figure out how to turn on the lights in the pool for night swimming. We tried every switch outside. The walk to the beach was very short. Our group really enjoyed our stay.

I loved this vacation rental. Very spacious, very accommodating. It was was filled with all the extras that we needed , not expecting them to be there , made our stay so much easier. Beautiful view of the Gulf coast. Will definitely be booking again real soon. 5 star!!!

I Love the home in general , the location is perfect , walking distance of the beach and shopping and eating area were area were at great locations as well.

We had a large group and it was a very nice house. Had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean as well. There was not a lot of clutter was a big plus for us. We enjoyed our week there.

When I called I was on hold for more than a half hour and they also could not provide any answers. I was told they would call me back which did not happen. I requested adding the night before and they would not give me the advertised price but then sent me an email asking if I would like to add a night. When I called to book they said oh you can only add the last night but not the night prior. Very frustrating. We also requested early check in as the property had been empty the previous 5 nights but was not allowed that either. The property itself was perfect other than the separate ice maker not working. Once we arrived the local management company was very responsive but not able to repair the ice maker. I would totally recommend this property if you are willing to work with Vacasa.

This property was amazing! Beauand super clean! Plenty of room for our large group! Kids had a blast at the beach and in the beautiful private pool!

My group of friends and I had an awesome week booking through Vacasa. Any of their properties will be great, and Tina was quick to respond with any issues we may have had.

Great stay

Everything was great. Went on a bachelor trip all my friends loved the place. Well worth it!

We rented this house for a girls trip and it was everything we needed and more! Beautiful, open main living/kitchen/dining area; easy access and short walk to the beach. Multiple decks to sit on, great private pool, and views. Far enough away from the middle of the busiest area on Beach Blvd, but close enough for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Decor and finishings were beautiful from top to bottom, and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

OMG!! The location is great and the house is absolutely amazing!! The layout, decor, amenities, and more!!! We used the pool, grill, balconies (on both levels - both sides of the house) and the spacious dining area. Will certainly make a trip to this exquisite place an annual event.

Great house and amazing location just a block from the beach! The pool was nice to have along with the ocean so close.

The house is amazing. It was just the right size for our large group with a wide age range. We were just minutes from the beach and the pool was perfect when we were tired of the sand. We did have a little problem getting into the house due to the code not working and had to wait about 10 minutes before that was fixed. Wasn't bad just disappointing when you have been driving all day and pay a lot of money for a place and want to get in as soon as you arrive. A few other things that could have been fixed was the umbrella by the pool. It was broken upon our arrival and would have been nice to use the shade while at the pool. And lastly, the sheets for the king beds don't fit. A little odd to wake up with the fitted sheet all bunched up under you and you are sleeping directly on the mattress pad. Over all this place was AMAZING and I would highly recommend to anyone. When we visit the Gulf Shores area again we will definitely see if its available.

For once, what you see is what you really get. The condo is beautiful!!!! It's nicely decorated and all sitting areas/beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with several kinds of pots,pans,dishes. The separate ice maker was a huge hit! We are big coffee drinkers and appreciated the flexibility to make single cups (kcups), or a carafe of coffee. The pool is beautifully lit up at night with various colors. The property is well cared for and you can clearly see that a lot of thought and consideration was put into the condo. Beach access is not far at all, about a 3minute walk. I had a couple of questions during our stay and was provided answers quickly. We made wonderful memories here and hope to one day be back!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Leo’s Retreat! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. Tons of luxury details and a well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies & utensils. We made breakfast & dinner for 8 easily. The proximity to the beach was excellent, a very short walk especially important traveling with young kids. The patio area’s are a great bonus, we enjoyed them even with light rain showers. The layout of the home was nice as well although the upstairs suite is advertised as a queen bed but it’s actually a full sized bed, not a deal breaker but I definitely would have preferred a queen bed. The room could easily accommodate this upgrade. The pool is a very nice hang out as well. The fence is a nice added touch of privacy. However the pool is not made for young inexperienced swimmers. Their is no zero entry point and it’s a little over six feet on it’s deepest end but with floats & responsible adults kids can have a ball, ours did! The home also has a well stocked storage unit with floats, beach towels & and a wagon for beach days. Yes, I would definitely recommend and book this home again!
