Some of the furniture was a bit damaged and there were a few signs of wear and tear on the walls and flooring.

Hot water was provided by heat pumps and it was unreliable, I was in the middle of the shower when water went freezing and it did not come back on until 20 min later, I had to rinse my hair off in the sink, with kettle..

Great size accomodation for 3 of us and our dog

The lodge wasn't clean when we arrived. There were dog hairs all over the sofa (we brought our own dog so aren't against dogs at all and we paid extra for extra cleaning-not sure any extra cleaning was done though) but they coated our clothes when sitting down! There were also human hairs in the bed and the cushions were flat as a pancake! Also, considering it was dog friendly and we paid £25 to bring our dog there was nothing for them in the lodge. Not a water bowl or a treat which i thought would have been nice. The fact there was no WiFi in 2024 was shocking. We wanted to snuggle down and watch Netflix after a day of exploring. Definitely needed some soft furnishings (cushions on the sofa etc) to make it feel luxury/homely. The bedrooms needed blinds as by 5am it was bright daylight in them.

Fantastic lodge in a quiet tranquil location. Staff friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The only negative point was the pathways it could do with being tarmacked.

Property was clean and spotless we loved the decor and it came fully equipped with everything you will need! We loved they provided some sugar, tea and coffee packs and some milk

Absolutely lovely setting, wonderful and clean inside the lodge, had all amenities there to get you started for your stay, the hot tub was a perfect temperature and well looked after by the staff daily. We looked at the wedding venue and may consider it in the future as everything is there for your big day and accommodation for your guests etc, the food we had for takeaway from the hotel was amazing and so well organised. It was just what the doctor ordered as they say.

The piece and quiet, having a restaurant on site was great and the food was amazing. Lodges were fabulous with everything you need.

Lovely spacious lodge. Hot tub felt very private. On site bar and restaurant was a bonus.

Not a lot around to do. Site is obviously under construction so not looking at its best yet.

The whole experience was very nice. We stayed for my birthday and it made my birthday a very special day. The lodge we stayed in was amazing as it was very spacious and had everything that we would have needed inside already we only had to buy our food for our stay.

It was quite private and the lodge was set out very well.

The only problem we had was that we found the bed uncomfortable. It felt as if there was no padding inside the mattress. We did ask if it could be changed but they didn’t have any spare mattresses

We only booked for one night, but wish we had longer. Will definitely be going back. Lovely cabin, amazing views. Very clean and cozy, with extra touches such as providing porridge sachets, tea, coffee, hand soap, washing up liquid etc.

Nothing, there was not one thing that I could fault. We travel alot and I can honestly say this was the most catered for and well thought out property I have stayed in for a long while. Highly recommended.

We love it here so much we go again in a couple of weeks it’s so relaxing and the staff are amazing the 24/7 hot tub is divine

Ok I think check in at 4pm for the lodges is not great even 2pm would be better but you pay so much for that experience 4pm is not great

Very clean and lovely place. The lodge was fantastic and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. Staff really friendly and helpful.
